100% Ibérico Bellota ham · Product image · Paco Heredia

When ordering sliced Ibérico shoulder for Frankfurt am Main, first decide which reference you want to repeat in your order. Here you can compare two Altanza packs containing 80 g net: Bellota shoulder, 100% Ibérico, and Cebo shoulder, 50% Ibérico. Both are machine-sliced and come from the foreleg. This pack size lets you calculate quantities without buying a whole piece. Open each product page to check its current price and product-specific instructions before choosing.

Two shoulders with designations worth reading in full

Paleta identifies the foreleg product; Bellota or Cebo identifies its category, while 100% or 50% describes its Iberian breed. Category and breed percentage both change between these references. Their price difference therefore cannot be attributed to either factor alone. Nor does breed percentage express an amount of acorns. Keep the complete designation when comparing and check each label for ingredients, allergens and storage. These packs are neither hind-leg ham nor round platters, and they are not advertised as hand-cut with a knife.

Compare cebo, cebo de campo and bellota on the product pages. The Ibérico percentage describes the breed; the category describes feeding and husbandry. Gran Reserva Duroc is a separate selection and is not Ibérico.

Choose quantities using the same net weight

Both product pages state 80 g net, allowing you to compare the price of one pack with another without adjusting weights. The kilogram price expresses that same purchase on a common basis: divide the pack price by 0.08 kg. It does not mean that you must buy a kilogram. Two packs total 160 g and three total 240 g. Count each reference separately and check each line’s subtotal. These are sums of individual units, not advertised bundles, recommended servings or a requirement to combine both shoulders.

Specify the delivery address in Frankfurt am Main

The municipal portal identifies Bornheim and Nordend as Stadtteile. These names may help you recognise the destination, but they do not replace the recipient’s full address. Check the street, building number and postcode, and use Frankfurt am Main to distinguish the city when arranging receipt. Review Germany’s options using the address and actual order contents. A Frankfurt buying guide does not confirm coverage of a particular address, a specific carrier or an arrival date.

Your order is prepared in Barcelona and shipping is arranged through Packlink. The carrier and the collection and home-delivery service depend on the destination and the options available at checkout.

For Germany delivery, review the conditions and available options for the complete destination before ordering. A city name alone establishes neither a shipping price nor a delivery time.

Review the order before opening your chosen product

Check Bellota shoulder 100% or Cebo shoulder 50%, pack count, net weight and current amount. Sharing a brand, slicing method and weight does not establish identical flavour, curing, nutrition or yield. Follow the instructions on the packaging you receive. The 48-hour machine-slicing and 72-hour knife-cutting preparation references concern other whole pieces; they are not preparation or transport times for these packs to Frankfurt. Ask Paco if you are choosing between sliced packs and a whole piece.
