Destinations and carriers
We arrange shipments from Barcelona using Packlink services with collection and home delivery. The carrier and service are selected according to the destination and the order. Enter your address and postcode to check the options before payment.
Spanish rates are separate for the mainland, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Service availability is checked using the address and postcode. If no shipping option appears, contact Paco before placing the order.
Shipping costs
General shipping profile: free shipping on orders of €100 or more in Spain and €500 or more to enabled international destinations. Below these amounts, the destination rate shown below applies.

The rates shown include packaging, the transport handling fee shown in the quote and taxes applicable to the shipping service. They do not include any import clearance fees, duties or taxes on the goods at the destination, including any applicable in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Switzerland and Norway. These charges depend on the order and should be checked before buying.
The actual shipping cost, available services and full total are shown before payment. Some products may have a separate shipping profile. If you buy in another currency, check the amount displayed for your market. Ask about any import procedures or charges outside the European Union before buying.
Preparing whole pieces and slicing
You can choose a whole piece or add the slicing service offered on its product page. Each variant price already includes the selected service.
- Machine slicing: ham +59 €; shoulder ham +39 €. Preparation and dispatch from the shop within 48 hours.
- Hand slicing with a knife: ham +70 €; shoulder ham +50 €. Preparation and dispatch from the shop within 72 hours.
These times cover preparation and dispatch from the shop. Transit time is additional and depends on the destination and service. They are not guaranteed international delivery times.
Order processing and tracking
We process orders Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders received after 14:00 are processed on the next working day. Holiday periods or special campaigns can affect timing. We will contact you if we cannot meet the expected timeframe.
Once the order is dispatched, tracking information lets you follow its journey. Store pickup is available when the order is ready.
Delivery and problems
Check that your address and contact details are complete. If an unsuccessful delivery returns the parcel to the shop, it can be sent again after the new shipping costs are paid.
If the goods are damaged or incorrect, email info@jamonespacoheredia.com with photographs of the product and packaging. To help us resolve the issue promptly, preferably tell us within the first 48 hours. This recommended timeframe does not limit your statutory rights. We will review the case under our refund policy.
