1. General
These terms govern access to and use of this website and purchases through the Jamones Paco Heredia online shop. The shop belongs to Heredia Fernández Francisco Ramón, Spanish tax identification number (NIF) 54122068D, at Carrer de la Indústria, 226–230, 08026 Barcelona, Spain.
By accessing the website and making a purchase, you expressly accept these terms, which form a contract between the parties. If you disagree with any provision, you should refrain from using the website.
2. Purpose of the website
The website provides information about our products and enables the online purchase of hams, charcuterie and related products. We reserve the right to modify, update or remove content without prior notice and to change prices, products or availability according to business needs.
3. Purchase process
You can order through Shopify. To complete a purchase, select your products and add them to the basket, enter shipping and billing details, accept these terms and the privacy policy, and pay using an available payment method. Once the order is confirmed, you will receive an email containing the purchase details.
4. Prices and payment
Displayed prices include the VAT applicable in Spain unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated and shown before checkout is completed. You can pay using the payment methods enabled in the shop, such as credit or debit card, PayPal or other available methods. Jamones Paco Heredia does not store payment details; the payment providers integrated with Shopify process them securely.
5. Shipping and delivery
Orders are sent to the address you provide. Delivery times depend on product availability and destination. If a product is unavailable, we will inform you and offer a replacement or refund. Further information is available in our shipping policy or from info@jamonespacoheredia.com.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns are governed by our returns and refund policy, available on this website. For food safety reasons, food products whose seals have been broken or which have been handled cannot be returned.
7. Intellectual property
All content, including text, logos, images, trademarks and designs, belongs to Jamones Paco Heredia or the respective rights holders and is protected by Spanish and European intellectual property law. Full or partial reproduction requires prior written permission.
8. Liability
Jamones Paco Heredia is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse of the website or purchased products, or temporary service interruptions caused by technical issues or maintenance. We do not guarantee continuous availability or absence of errors, although we work to provide a safe and stable service.
9. Data protection
Users’ personal data is processed according to our privacy policy, available on this website and drawn up under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Barcelona, Spain, unless the law provides otherwise.
