Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between Gran Reserva Duroc and Ibérico?
Our Gran Reserva category is Duroc, which is not Ibérico. For Ibérico products, the breed percentage and the feeding category are different details: compare Cebo, Cebo de Campo and Bellota, and check the complete description of each reference.
How do machine slicing and hand slicing differ?
Machine slicing and knife slicing are two services for preparing a whole piece. For ham, the supplements are €59 and €70 respectively; for shoulder ham, €39 and €50. The selected variant price includes the service. A machine-sliced order leaves our shop within 48 hours; a hand-sliced order within 72 hours. Transit time is additional.
How should I store a whole piece or sliced packs?
Follow the storage instructions and dates printed on the product label. A whole piece, an unopened pack and an opened pack have different requirements. If you need to confirm a detail for your chosen reference, contact the shop before ordering.
Do you ship outside Spain?
We ship from Barcelona to the European destinations enabled in our shop. Available delivery services and their cost are shown before payment. Preparation for slicing is separate from transport time.
