Refund policy

At Jamones Paco Heredia, we are here to help if there is a problem with your order or you wish to request a return.

Withdrawal and exceptions

Where the right applies, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to tell us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, without giving a reason. Email info@jamonespacoheredia.com with your name, order number and the products you wish to return. Any unambiguous statement of your decision is sufficient.

Legal exceptions depend on the nature and condition of the goods: goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly; sealed food that is unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and has been unsealed after delivery; and goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. Slicing alone does not make a product personalised.

These exceptions do not limit your rights if a product is defective, arrives damaged or does not match your order.

How to return a product

Contact us before sending it so we can identify your order and explain the procedure. For a valid withdrawal, return the goods without delay and no later than 14 calendar days after notifying us. Keep the seals, labels, accessories and original packaging where possible and avoid unnecessary handling. The hygiene conditions above still apply.

Return shipping costs when withdrawing

For a valid withdrawal, the customer pays the full cost of return shipping. This rule does not apply to defective, damaged or incorrect goods, for which the arrangements below remain applicable, and does not limit statutory consumer rights.

Damaged, defective or incorrect goods

Email your order number and, where possible, photographs of the product and packaging. We recommend reporting transport damage within the first 48 hours to help us resolve it; this recommendation does not shorten your legal time limits or rights. We will explain collection or replacement. For problems attributable to the product or shipment, we cover collection and replacement costs.

Refunds

We will tell you the outcome of the return inspection. Refunds use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise with you, with no refund fees.

For a valid withdrawal, we refund the applicable payments, including ordinary delivery costs, without undue delay and within 14 calendar days of your notification. Supplements for a more expensive delivery option chosen by you are excluded. Unless we have offered to collect the goods, we may withhold the refund until receiving them or evidence of their return, whichever comes first. Other refunds are normally processed within 7–10 working days of confirmation, always respecting applicable legal deadlines.
