Choose Ibérico ham for Kortrijk by comparing two Altanza Bellota 100% Ibérico presentations of 80 g net: a plate and a sachet. Both contain machine-sliced ham from the hind leg. The plate carries a knife-cut style description, which refers to the slicing result rather than hand carving. Paco Heredia can help you choose the format, and the direct links open the exact product page for each option.

Plate or sachet: compare formats within the same category

In this selection, the brand, Bellota 100% Ibérico designation, cut of ham and 80 g net weight match. The presentation and the slicing description attached to the plate are different. Knife-cut style does not mean hand carved: the plate is machine sliced. The sachet is also machine sliced, without adding that extra designation. Read the complete product name before comparing prices, because these are two distinct articles. If you prefer shoulder ham, a whole piece or another category, check that product’s own page. Those choices are not automatic substitutes for these two formats.

Compare cebo, cebo de campo and bellota on the product pages. The Ibérico percentage describes the breed; the category describes feeding and husbandry. Gran Reserva Duroc is a separate selection and is not Ibérico.

Choose a presentation to serve or give as a gift

Choose plates, sachets or combine them in your own selection. One plate and one sachet provide 160 g net of food; that weight does not set a number of slices or servings. Plan the quantities around the rest of the meal and how you want to present it. A real photograph of the packaged product helps identify what you are buying. Serving images suggest an arrangement and do not change the product page’s net content. Check ingredients, allergens, storage instructions and use-by information on the actual packaging. For a gift, also check how the recipient will be able to receive and store the product.
