Give your next aperitif in Albacete a little extra attention, starting with the ham. At Jamones Paco Heredia you can compare Altanza Cebo de Campo and Cebo ham plates, both 50% Ibérico with 80 g net. Both are machine-sliced in a knife-cut style. Keep the same presentation format and choose the category you would like to try before planning the rest of your small dishes.
Outdoor-reared Cebo de Campo or Cebo?
Both plates contain hind-leg ham. They share the brand, 80 g net weight, 50% Ibérico breed percentage and knife-cut-style machine slicing. The difference is the feeding and rearing category. Cebo de Campo refers to pigs reared outdoors, fed mainly cereal- and legume-based feed, with the possibility of using field resources. Cebo is the intensive-rearing category based on feed. Neither designation means Bellota. The 50% figure refers to the Ibérico breed percentage, rather than the proportion of ham on the plate. Choose the full product reference and check its own label for the information specific to that product.
Compare cebo, cebo de campo and bellota on the product pages. The Ibérico percentage describes the breed; the category describes feeding and husbandry. Gran Reserva Duroc is a separate selection and is not Ibérico.
Knife-cut style, ready for your own presentation
These plates already include machine slicing in a knife-cut style. That describes a mechanical cut, rather than a hand-carving service. Buy the number of units that fits your aperitif and present them your way when serving. Each plate contains 80 g net; photographs establish neither a fixed slice count nor a number of guests. If you are preparing several small dishes, plan the units by weight and the other food you will serve. Read the packaging for storage instructions and the consumption date. Both unopened storage and the instructions after opening must follow the label of the reference you receive.

Receiving address in Albacete
The municipal neighbourhood-association directory includes A.V.C.U. Barrio de Fátima and AA.VV. Carretas-Huerta Marzo. These provide neighbourhood references to add if the recipient uses them in their address. Keep the street, building number, floor or apartment, postcode and Albacete. An association name replaces neither the postal address nor the carrier's delivery area. Review the options and total for the full destination before payment and arrange who will receive the parcel. For a gift or an aperitif planned for a particular day, speak to the shop before treating arrival on a specific date as guaranteed.
