  • 2 ready-made pizza dough balls, 250 g each
  • 160 g thick crushed tomato
  • 200 g well-drained mozzarella
  • 120 g sliced mushrooms
  • 120 g cooked, drained artichoke hearts
  • 40 g pitted black olives
  • 80 g sliced cured ham
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Step-by-step method

  1. Heat the oven to 240°C with a tray inside. Follow the temperature limits for your dough and baking paper.
  2. Sauté mushrooms in the oil for 5 minutes until their water evaporates. Dry artichokes and mozzarella.
  3. Stretch two bases to about 28 cm. Add tomato and mozzarella, leaving a clear rim.
  4. Place mushrooms, artichokes and olives in three separate quarters. Leave the fourth with just tomato and cheese.
  5. Bake each pizza for about 12–15 minutes until the base is cooked and the rim golden. If both do not fit with space around them, bake in two batches and allow extra time.
  6. Add 40 g ham to the empty quarter of each baked pizza. Cut each pizza into four and serve two slices per person.
