For Põhja-Sakala vald, compare two Altanza shoulder sachets: Cebo and Cebo de Campo. Both are machine-sliced 80 g packs; the category remains a separate choice.

Two towns within one municipality

The municipality lists Võhma and Suure-Jaani, Olustvere and Kõpu aleviks, and 70 villages. Give your settlement, street or property and postcode: Põhja-Sakala alone is not a complete address.

Keep the format, compare the category

These links keep brand, shoulder cut, 80 g sachet and machine slicing constant. Cebo and Cebo de Campo are different designations: read each page rather than deducing category from pack weight.

Breed percentage belongs to its reference

The Cebo shoulder is named 50% Ibérico. Keep the other pack’s full designation as shown on its page; do not transfer percentages or claims between references.

Shoulder sachet, not a ham plate

Both sachets contain front-leg shoulder. Switching to a ham plate also changes the anatomical cut. For a specific date, ask Paco about preparation, destination and label details; do not calculate servings from 80 g.

Choose with confidence

What is the difference between jamón and paleta?

Jamón comes from the hind leg; paleta comes from the foreleg. Compare the weight, format and price of each product. The weight of a whole piece includes bone and outer fat.

What do the Ibérico percentage and category mean?

The percentage refers to the breed. Cebo, Cebo de Campo and Bellota describe feeding and rearing. Read the full product designation on the product page.

How does the cutting service work?

Machine slicing adds €59 per ham or €39 per shoulder ham. Hand slicing with a knife adds €70 per ham or €50 per shoulder ham. The variants show the full price. Preparation takes 48 or 72 hours respectively; transport time is additional.
