100% Ibérico Bellota ham · Product image · Paco Heredia

For a table in Bilbao, an individual pack lets you choose between ham and shoulder ham without buying a whole piece. At Paco Heredia, compare Altanza Bellota ham and Bellota shoulder ham, both 100% Ibérico breed, 80 g net and machine-sliced. The brand, Bellota category and breed percentage match. Start with the anatomical cut: ham comes from the hind leg, while shoulder ham comes from the foreleg. Each has its own product page and current price.

Bellota and breed match; the leg cut differs

Ham and shoulder ham are different cuts rather than two names for the same product. Bellota refers to acorn feeding during the montanera finishing period, and 100% describes the Ibérico breed; it does not mean the pack contains a percentage of acorns. Both packs contain 80 g net of food, giving you the same stated quantity for your comparison. That does not guarantee the same slice count or tell you which cut you will prefer. Read the full name and specification, and do not infer an unstated curing period or extra quality solely from the price difference.

Compare cebo, cebo de campo and bellota on the product pages. The Ibérico percentage describes the breed; the category describes feeding and husbandry. Gran Reserva Duroc is a separate selection and is not Ibérico.

The same machine-sliced pack format

Both Altanza references are machine-sliced. This comparison is not between machine slicing and hand carving with a knife. Choose one cut or combine units and arrange the two products separately. A sliced pack needs no ham stand or whole-piece carving at home. If you prefer a packaged plate, the plates collection offers separate ham references with machine slicing and a knife-cut effect; check their complete names before switching format. Choose the units you plan to serve and keep the others unopened according to their labels. Storage instructions and dates belong to the actual product rather than one assumed shelf life for the entire selection.

Check the complete Bilbao destination

The municipal district index lists Deusto and Abando. If either name helps identify the recipient's location, add it as a reference alongside the street, building number, floor or door, postcode, Bilbao and Spain. A district name does not establish a delivery charge or transport time. Check the options for the complete address and arrange someone to receive the parcel. For a gift or a meal on a fixed date, check the conditions before planning service: shop preparation and the carrier's journey are separate stages.

Your order is prepared in Barcelona and shipping is arranged through Packlink. The carrier and the collection and home-delivery service depend on the destination and the options available at checkout.

Check delivery conditions for the full address in Spain. The district does not replace the street address or determine shipping costs on its own.
