For Järva vald, compare two Bellota shoulders by Iberian breed percentage and how you want the piece supplied. The links select whole pieces; sliced preparations are selected within each product page.

Järva-Jaani and other settlements

The municipal source locates the administrative centre in Järva-Jaani and lists Aravete, Ambla, Käravete, Koeru and Peetri as aleviks. Specify your settlement with street or property and postcode. The municipality extends beyond its administrative centre.

Compare Bellota and breed separately

The pages explain Bellota as acorn feeding during the montanera. The 50% or 100% identifies Iberian breed. That percentage does not represent the amount of acorns or the usable weight of the piece.

Both are front-leg shoulders

Compare the two shoulders under their full designations. Do not turn the percentage difference into a promise of flavour, curing, servings or yield. Ask Paco about the particular reference for those specific questions.

Explicitly choose the preparation

Each page offers a whole piece or slicing to order, by machine or knife. Select the variant and check its full price. For a date in Järva vald, give preparation and address; dispatch time is not arrival. Check ingredients, allergens, storage and dates on page and label.

What is the difference between jamón and paleta?

Jamón comes from the hind leg; paleta comes from the foreleg. Compare the weight, format and price of each product. The weight of a whole piece includes bone and outer fat.

What do the Ibérico percentage and category mean?

The percentage refers to the breed. Cebo, Cebo de Campo and Bellota describe feeding and rearing. Read the full product designation on the product page.

How does the cutting service work?

Machine slicing adds €59 per ham or €39 per shoulder ham. Hand slicing with a knife adds €70 per ham or €50 per shoulder ham. The variants show the full price. Preparation takes 48 or 72 hours respectively; transport time is additional.
