For a table in Rapla vald, compare two presentations of Altanza 100% Iberian bellota ham: a sachet and a plate, both with 80 g net. This guide focuses on their presentation and stated cutting method, alongside the precise settlement within the municipality.

Rapla, Hagudi and Kaiu: specify the place

Rapla town belongs to a wider municipality including Alu, Hagudi, Juuru, Kaiu and Kuusiku. The official source distinguishes Hagudi alevik from Hagudi küla and explains that Kaiu is not Vana-Kaiu. Keep the full place name and add its postcode when asking about an address.

80 g per unit on both product pages

The selected sachet and plate contain hind-leg ham, labelled 100% Iberian bellota and branded Altanza. Each page states 80 g net per unit. Compare units and presentation without treating 80 g as a fixed serving or as a bundle of several packs.

Knife effect does not mean hand slicing

The sachet is machine sliced. The plate is also machine sliced, with a knife effect. If cutting method matters to you, read that full description: switching from a sachet to a plate is not the same as requesting a whole piece to be hand sliced.

Choosing for Juuru or Alu

What is the difference between jamón and paleta?

Jamón comes from the hind leg; paleta comes from the foreleg. Compare the weight, format and price of each product. The weight of a whole piece includes bone and outer fat.

What do the Ibérico percentage and category mean?

The percentage refers to the breed. Cebo, Cebo de Campo and Bellota describe feeding and rearing. Read the full product designation on the product page.

How does the cutting service work?

Machine slicing adds €59 per ham or €39 per shoulder ham. Hand slicing with a knife adds €70 per ham or €50 per shoulder ham. The variants show the full price. Preparation takes 48 or 72 hours respectively; transport time is additional.
