For Sandnes, compare Bellota ham and shoulder ham from 50% Iberian pigs in the presentation you will receive: whole, machine sliced or hand sliced. Matching the service lets you check each option's complete price.

Sandnes: choose the piece before the slicing

The recommended references share the Bellota category and 50% Iberian breed. That percentage describes the animal’s breed, not a proportion of acorns in its diet. Ham comes from the rear leg and shoulder ham from the foreleg. Sharing category and breed percentage does not make their weights equal or promise equal edible yield, curing, ingredients, allergens, nutrition or flavour. Choose the type of piece first and read its product page. A bone-in piece price does not establish which option costs less per net kilo served. Nor does it determine how many 80 g packs or servings it would produce. These pieces do not inherit the brand or label details of other catalogue products. Compare cebo, cebo de campo and bellota on the product pages. The Ibérico percentage describes the breed; the category describes feeding and husbandry. Gran Reserva Duroc is a separate selection and is not Ibérico.

Three checks when selecting a slicing variant

First decide whether to receive the whole piece, machine slicing or hand slicing with a knife. Then compare ham and shoulder in that same presentation. Finally check the complete price of the selected option on each product page. Machine slicing adds €59 for ham or €39 for shoulder; knife slicing adds €70 or €50 respectively. Those supplements are already included in variant prices: do not add them again or swap the ham and shoulder supplements. You may choose just one reference without buying both. For slicing, separate the 48-hour machine or 72-hour knife preparation from transport to Norway. Check storage and ingredients on the particular label and do not infer a net quantity delivered from bone-in weight.

Hana and Ganddal: a local name is not an address

The municipal Sandnesløftet portal includes Hana and Ganddal in its index of neighbourhood history and cultural environments. That list helps recognise names, but does not provide your recipient's address. Ask for street, number, postcode, doorbell name and entrance details even when you know the neighbourhood. Do not use municipal addresses or derive a postcode from the index. For a gift, agree receipt with the recipient. A cultural list establishes neither delivery coverage nor delivery hours or times.

Before sending to Norway

Choose the product and quantity, then check shipping conditions for the actual address. Transport is arranged through Packlink and options depend on the destination. Possible import-clearance charges, customs duties and taxes on the goods are separate from transport. For a gift, agree who will receive it. Follow the pack label for storage and consumption.

What do the Ibérico percentage and category mean?

The percentage refers to the breed. Cebo, Cebo de Campo and Bellota describe feeding and rearing. Read the full product designation on the product page.

How does the cutting service work?

Machine slicing adds €59 per ham or €39 per shoulder ham. Hand slicing with a knife adds €70 per ham or €50 per shoulder ham. The variants show the full price. Preparation takes 48 or 72 hours respectively; transport time is additional.
