For Dietikon, compare hand-sliced 959 Bellota shoulder ham from 100% Iberian pigs and machine-sliced Altanza in 80 g packs. Both brand and cut differ: check each product page and choose your units.

Dietikon: two shoulder ham brands at the same net weight

Both references are shoulder ham from the foreleg, in the Bellota category and from 100% Iberian pigs. They share 80 g net content, while both brand and slicing method differ: 959 is hand sliced and Altanza machine sliced. A price difference therefore cannot be attributed solely to slicing, and this comparison establishes no flavour or quality ranking between brands. The percentage describes the animal’s breed, not a diet consisting exclusively of acorns. Compare current pack prices and read each product page and label; we do not assume identical ingredients, allergens, nutrition, curing or storage requirements. These references are shoulder ham, rather than rear-leg ham.

Count units without converting a whole piece's weight

One pack of each totals 160 g net. Two of one and one of the other total 240 g. You can also repeat only your preferred reference. These are arithmetic examples, not advertised bundles or guaranteed servings. Check current prices for your chosen units. Both packs are already sliced as stated on their pages; do not add whole-piece cutting supplements or infer a whole piece's yield from these packs.

Dietikon: organise the choice for Limmatfeld

The municipal website identifies Limmatfeld as a quarter of Dietikon. Ask the recipient to choose knife-sliced 959, machine-sliced Altanza or both references for a gift. Write the units beside each brand before adding the weight. Four packs contain 320 g in total, which does not guarantee a serving count. Confirm the full address and receipt; read product pages and Swiss transport and import costs.

What is the difference between jamón and paleta?

Jamón comes from the hind leg; paleta comes from the foreleg. Compare the weight, format and price of each product. The weight of a whole piece includes bone and outer fat.

What do the Ibérico percentage and category mean?

The percentage refers to the breed. Cebo, Cebo de Campo and Bellota describe feeding and rearing. Read the full product designation on the product page.

How does the cutting service work?

Machine slicing adds €59 per ham or €39 per shoulder ham. Hand slicing with a knife adds €70 per ham or €50 per shoulder ham. The variants show the full price. Preparation takes 48 or 72 hours respectively; transport time is additional.
