Bellota in Siġġiewi: choose the cut before the percentage
In Siġġiewi, compare Altanza 100% Ibérico Bellota ham and shoulder ham in 80 g packs. The percentage matches, but you still need to choose between two cuts.
Siġġiewi: Città Ferdinand helps identify the place
The municipal website also identifies Is-Siġġiewi as Città Ferdinand and places it in southwest Malta. The historic title is not a second locality and does not replace the recipient’s address. When asking about these Bellota packs, retain Siġġiewi with the specific street, number, apartment and postcode. Being near Mdina does not turn a Siġġiewi address into a Mdina address.
Identify ham and shoulder ham
Ham refers to the hind leg and shoulder ham to the front leg. Keep the full designation when comparing pages: 100% Ibérico Bellota does not replace the name of the cut.
Keep weight and slicing constant
Both references are 80 g packs, machine-sliced. Compare current unit and weight-based prices. Do not derive curing time, shelf life or servings from the percentage.
