To choose sliced ham destined for Lübeck, open two Altanza product pages in the same format: 100% Ibérico Bellota ham and 50% Ibérico Cebo de Campo ham, both machine sliced in packs containing 80 g net. The direct links keep the exact references in view instead of relying only on a photograph or amount. This comparison retains the brand, cut, weight and slicing method, but changes two details together: category and breed percentage. Read the complete name before choosing one article or combining quantities of both. Neither reference is shoulder ham or a whole piece. Keeping the names separate makes a later review easier.

Read the category and Ibérico percentage together

The first article is identified as 100% Ibérico Bellota ham; the second as 50% Ibérico Cebo de Campo ham. The percentage refers to breed, not an amount of acorns inside the pack. Both are ham from the hind leg. Keeping the format the same helps compare quantities, but does not isolate a single reason for a price difference: category and breed change together here. It also does not establish identical taste, ingredients, allergens, nutritional values, curing or storage requirements. Check the label of the specific article if you need to verify a characteristic before deciding. Keep its complete name on your list so that comparing two references does not turn into an assumption that they are equivalent.

Compare cebo, cebo de campo and bellota on the product pages. The Ibérico percentage describes the breed; the category describes feeding and husbandry. Gran Reserva Duroc is a separate selection and is not Ibérico.

Review the reference and number of packs separately

You can keep the same number of packs when comparing one reference with the other, or change quantities to suit your selection. One pack contains 80 g net; two of the same reference contain 160 g. One of each product also gives 160 g, but with a different composition that should be recorded on the list. Three packs contain 240 g. These are content calculations, not servings or an advertised bundle. Calculate the amount by multiplying the current price on each product page by its quantity and then adding the monetary amounts. For a price per kilogram, divide the unit price by 0.08 kg and keep the pack cost visible. Net weight is not gross shipping weight, and the product subtotal does not determine transport charges.

Retain the recipient’s complete details in Lübeck

The municipal Stadtteile page presents St. Gertrud and Schlutup as districts of Lübeck. These names help recognise a description already included in the address supplied by the recipient; they do not let you infer the street or postcode. Do not add a district by assumption or replace other address details with it. Check the receiving name, street, building number and postcode together with city and country. The municipal source provides context for the places, but does not confirm coverage, carrier, rate or delivery time for the selected articles. Review the shipping options for Germany using the full destination and keep that check separate from calculating packs. If another person will receive them, use the details that person supplied for that location.

Your order is prepared in Barcelona and shipping is arranged through Packlink. The carrier and the collection and home-delivery service depend on the destination and the options available at checkout.

For Germany delivery, review the conditions and available options for the complete destination before ordering. A city name alone establishes neither a shipping price nor a delivery time.

Confirm the complete name before finalising your selection

Return to each product page and check whether the quantities you recorded refer to Altanza 100% Ibérico Bellota or 50% Ibérico Cebo de Campo ham in 80 g packs. They are already machine sliced and do not require ordering the slicing of a whole piece. Preparation times for other formats do not determine transport for these articles. Paco can help verify a label detail or clarify the presentations if needed. A list with complete product names, quantities and recipient details retains the breakdown for reviewing or repeating your choice.

What is the difference between jamón and paleta?

Jamón comes from the hind leg; paleta comes from the foreleg. Compare the weight, format and price of each product. The weight of a whole piece includes bone and outer fat.

What do the Ibérico percentage and category mean?

The percentage refers to the breed. Cebo, Cebo de Campo and Bellota describe feeding and rearing. Read the full product designation on the product page.

How does the cutting service work?

Machine slicing adds €59 per ham or €39 per shoulder ham. Hand slicing with a knife adds €70 per ham or €50 per shoulder ham. The variants show the full price. Preparation takes 48 or 72 hours respectively; transport time is additional.
