For a selection of sliced cured meats going to Paderborn, compare these two Altanza references in 80 g net sachets: Bellota 100% Ibérico loin and Bellota 100% Ibérico chorizo. Brand, category, breed percentage and machine slicing are shared, while the product families differ. Equal sachet weight makes the food content easy to count; it does not make loin and chorizo equivalent. Start by choosing the reference and then note its quantity. The linked product pages show current prices and availability for each item. These are prepared sachets, distinct from 500–600 g cured-meat pieces and from ordering a whole ham with a slicing service.

Keep both product families visible in the comparison

The full name of each item contains details worth retaining. Bellota and 100% Ibérico are common to the two references; loin and chorizo identify different products. The breed percentage does not describe a recipe or the proportion of food inside the sachet. Do not transfer ingredients, allergens, storage instructions or use-by details from one reference to the other because they share a brand. Check the exact label and ask Paco if a specific detail needs clarification. Nor should a general expectation about a product family be used to assign a particular flavour, curing period or composition to these sachets. Compare the identified information and keep the complete name in your selection.

Compare cebo, cebo de campo and bellota on the product pages. The Ibérico percentage describes the breed; the category describes feeding and husbandry. Gran Reserva Duroc is a separate selection and is not Ibérico.

Count sachets while preserving the product mix

One loin sachet and one chorizo sachet give 160 g net across two families. Two loin sachets also total 160 g, entirely of the same product. Three sachets contain 240 g net; the references beside the quantities are needed to show what the selection includes. These are examples of content arithmetic, not published bundles, equivalences or recommended portions. Multiply the current product-page price by the corresponding unit count, then add the monetary subtotals. Grams do not replace that calculation. They also do not represent the gross weight of the shipment, so the net total cannot determine a commercial shipping charge or transit time to Germany. Recheck each chosen item’s availability separately.

Confirm the complete delivery details in Paderborn

The municipal Sozialräume page includes Elsen and Schloß Neuhaus in its list of Stadtteile. This gives local context if the recipient uses either name in their information. It does not turn a social-analysis unit into a postal address or set commercial delivery boundaries. Work with the street, building number, postcode, Paderborn and Germany supplied by the person receiving the selection. If a detail is missing, confirm it with that person rather than filling it in approximately. The municipal source does not verify a carrier, delivery coverage, shipping price or arrival date for these products. Check the shop’s transport conditions for the actual complete address as a separate step.

Your order is prepared in Barcelona and shipping is arranged through Packlink. The carrier and the collection and home-delivery service depend on the destination and the options available at checkout.

For Germany delivery, review the conditions and available options for the complete destination before ordering. A city name alone establishes neither a shipping price nor a delivery time.

Distinguish sachets from other presentations

When choosing again, check that every line still identifies loin or chorizo and the corresponding number of sachets. Both compared items contain 80 g net and are machine sliced. A 500–600 g cured-meat piece is another format, as is ordering a slicing service for a whole ham. Neither determines the transport of these sachets. Paco can help identify the appropriate reference or check its label information. Keep the name, format and quantity together so any later change remains clear. Current price and availability should be checked on the page for the exact presentation being selected.

Jamón comes from the hind leg; paleta comes from the foreleg. Compare the weight, format and price of each product. The weight of a whole piece includes bone and outer fat.

What do the Ibérico percentage and category mean?

The percentage refers to the breed. Cebo, Cebo de Campo and Bellota describe feeding and rearing. Read the full product designation on the product page.

How does the cutting service work?

Machine slicing adds €59 per ham or €39 per shoulder ham. Hand slicing with a knife adds €70 per ham or €50 per shoulder ham. The variants show the full price. Preparation takes 48 or 72 hours respectively; transport time is additional.
