For sliced ham going to Trier, compare two Altanza formats in the Cebo de Campo 50% Ibérico category: an 80 g net plate, machine sliced in a knife-cut style, and an 80 g net machine-sliced sachet. Both are hind-leg ham. The links let you identify the two presentations and check each product’s current unit price on its own page.
Start with format as well as category
The plate and sachet share brand, category, breed percentage and net content. Presentation distinguishes the references, and the plate page specifies a knife-cut effect produced by machine slicing. Keep that complete description with your choice: knife-cut style describes the slicing effect and does not mean hand sliced. For ingredients, allergens, storage instructions or the consumption date, read the particular package’s label or ask Paco. Use the real packaging photograph to identify the item.
Compare cebo, cebo de campo and bellota on the product pages. The Ibérico percentage describes the breed; the category describes feeding and husbandry. Gran Reserva Duroc is a separate selection and is not Ibérico.
Give each format its own line in your selection
One plate and one sachet are two units containing 160 g net of ham in total. Two plates and one sachet make three units with 240 g net. Keep the quantities for the two formats separate, multiply each by its current price, then add the amounts. These calculations describe net food content, excluding packaging. They do not set a slice count or a portion per person. Serving images suggest presentations and do not guarantee an exact number of slices in each package.
