For Altanza Cebo 50% Ibérico ham going to Sankt Pölten, choose between a plate and a sachet containing 80 g net. The plate is machine sliced with a knife-cut effect; the sachet states machine slicing. Both products come from the hind leg. The direct links show each package and its own selling price before you decide the format and unit count.

Identify the package and its slicing description

Cebo 50% Ibérico, Altanza and 80 g net match across these pages. Plate and sachet are separate presentations, with a slicing description to retain. Knife-cut effect does not mean hand carving: the plate is machine sliced. Neither is a shoulder-ham or Bellota plate. For ingredients, allergens, storage and the consumption date, read the chosen product’s label. Paco can help resolve a question before you substitute one format for the other.

Compare cebo, cebo de campo and bellota on the product pages. The Ibérico percentage describes the breed; the category describes feeding and husbandry. Gran Reserva Duroc is a separate selection and is not Ibérico.

Prepare quantities by format

One plate and one sachet contain 160 g net together. One plate and two sachets make 240 g; two of each format make 320 g. These are food weights without packaging, with no fixed serving or slice equivalence. Write each format’s unit count on a separate line and calculate using its own page’s current price, then add the lines. The plate’s price is not a supplement for slicing the sachet or a whole-piece slicing fee. Real packaging photographs identify the item; serving photographs suggest a presentation.
