For Altanza Cebo ham going to Villach, choose between an 80 g net plate, machine sliced with a knife-cut effect, and an 80 g net machine-sliced sachet. Both contain hind-leg ham, Cebo 50% Ibérico. This comparison keeps brand, category and breed the same so you can focus on presentation and each product’s own price.

Choose how you want to receive those 80 g

Open the plate’s page first if you want the knife-cut-effect presentation. It is machine sliced, not hand carved with a knife. The sachet description identifies machine-sliced ham without adding that effect. Check the real packaging photograph to recognise your chosen product; a serving image suggests a presentation and does not determine the number of slices included. For ingredients, allergens, storage and consumption date, use the particular label. For shoulder ham, another category or a whole piece, compare its designation again before substituting it for this item.

Compare cebo, cebo de campo and bellota on the product pages. The Ibérico percentage describes the breed; the category describes feeding and husbandry. Gran Reserva Duroc is a separate selection and is not Ibérico.

Combine formats without confusing units and quantity

One plate and one sachet contain 160 g net in total. Two plates and one sachet give 240 g; two units of each give 320 g. Each unit contains 80 g of food without packaging, not a fixed serving or slice count. Write plate and sachet quantities separately. Multiply each quantity by its product page’s current price and add the amounts. The same weight does not mean the same price or automatically make one reference equivalent to the other. For a gift, confirm the recipient’s preferred format.

Complete the Villach address with the recipient

Völkendorf and Landskron appear in school names on Villach’s municipal school list. They are local references to retain when the recipient includes them in an address; that list is not used here to define district boundaries. Check name, street, building number, postcode, locality and Austria. Review transport options for the complete address and confirm the details with the recipient. Municipal service information does not establish delivery conditions for our products.

Your order is prepared in Barcelona and shipping is arranged through Packlink. The carrier and the collection and home-delivery service depend on the destination and the options available at checkout.

For Austria delivery, review the conditions and available options for the complete destination before ordering. A city name alone establishes neither a shipping price nor a delivery time.

What is the difference between jamón and paleta?

Jamón comes from the hind leg; paleta comes from the foreleg. Compare the weight, format and price of each product. The weight of a whole piece includes bone and outer fat.

What do the Ibérico percentage and category mean?

The percentage refers to the breed. Cebo, Cebo de Campo and Bellota describe feeding and rearing. Read the full product designation on the product page.

How does the cutting service work?

Machine slicing adds €59 per ham or €39 per shoulder ham. Hand slicing with a knife adds €70 per ham or €50 per shoulder ham. The variants show the full price. Preparation takes 48 or 72 hours respectively; transport time is additional.
