For Altanza ham plates going to Linz, compare Bellota 100% Ibérico and Cebo de Campo 50% Ibérico. Both contain 80 g net of hind-leg ham and are machine sliced with a knife-cut effect. Category and stated breed percentage differ: do not reduce the comparison to just one detail. Open the direct links to recognise the packaging and check each plate’s price.

Read category and breed together

Bellota 100% Ibérico and Cebo de Campo 50% Ibérico are the complete designations in this selection. Altanza, the cut, plate format and weight match; category and Ibérico percentage differ. Knife-cut effect describes a machine finish, not hand carving. For ingredients, allergens, storage and the consumption date, consult the particular label. If you want another category or shoulder ham, open that page and check the cut again. Paco can help clarify your choice.

Compare cebo, cebo de campo and bellota on the product pages. The Ibérico percentage describes the breed; the category describes feeding and husbandry. Gran Reserva Duroc is a separate selection and is not Ibérico.

Calculate quantities as two separate products

One Bellota plate and one Campo contain 160 g net altogether. Two Bellota and one Campo make 240 g; two of each make 320 g. These totals are food without packaging, not a fixed serving or slice count. Write units and each page’s current price on separate lines, multiply and add the amounts. Do not attribute the price difference solely to breed or category: both change here. Packaging photographs identify the item; serving photographs propose a presentation.

Confirm the complete destination in Linz

The Linz municipal archive’s monument index names Urfahr and Kleinmünchen-Auwiesen as Stadtteile, or districts. Retain either name if it appears in the recipient’s supplied address, with their name, street, building number and postcode. Check Linz and Austria as well. The local information helps recognise the address, while shipping options and conditions must be checked for the full destination. For a gift, confirm the details with the recipient.

Your order is prepared in Barcelona and shipping is arranged through Packlink. The carrier and the collection and home-delivery service depend on the destination and the options available at checkout.

For Austria delivery, review the conditions and available options for the complete destination before ordering. A city name alone establishes neither a shipping price nor a delivery time.

What is the difference between jamón and paleta?

Jamón comes from the hind leg; paleta comes from the foreleg. Compare the weight, format and price of each product. The weight of a whole piece includes bone and outer fat.

What do the Ibérico percentage and category mean?

The percentage refers to the breed. Cebo, Cebo de Campo and Bellota describe feeding and rearing. Read the full product designation on the product page.

How does the cutting service work?

Machine slicing adds €59 per ham or €39 per shoulder ham. Hand slicing with a knife adds €70 per ham or €50 per shoulder ham. The variants show the full price. Preparation takes 48 or 72 hours respectively; transport time is additional.
