For Altanza ham plates going to Klagenfurt, compare Cebo de Campo 50% Ibérico and Cebo 50% Ibérico. Each packaged plate contains 80 g net of hind-leg ham, machine sliced with a knife-cut effect. Direct links open both category pages to recognise the packaging and check each selling price. Knife-cut effect is a finish achieved by mechanical slicing; it is not hand carving.

Read the plate’s complete category

Altanza, 50% Ibérico breed, 80 g net and machine slicing with a knife-cut effect are shared by both products. Cebo de Campo and Cebo are different categories, so keep the complete designation when choosing. Bellota is another category and does not describe these two plates. Both are ham; check shoulder ham separately if that is what you want. To find ingredients, allergens, storage and the consumption date, read the particular plate’s label or ask Paco before buying.

Compare cebo, cebo de campo and bellota on the product pages. The Ibérico percentage describes the breed; the category describes feeding and husbandry. Gran Reserva Duroc is a separate selection and is not Ibérico.

Combine plates while keeping the products separate

One Campo plate and one Cebo contain 160 g net together. Two Campo and one Cebo contain 240 g; two of each category contain 320 g. These are food weights without packaging, not an exact serving or slice count. Write a separate line for each category with its units and current product-page price, then add the amounts. Real packaging photographs help identify the item; serving images propose a presentation. A sachet or whole piece must be checked using its own description and price.

The percentage refers to the breed. Cebo, Cebo de Campo and Bellota describe feeding and rearing. Read the full product designation on the product page.

How does the cutting service work?
