When buying Ibérico ham and shoulder ham for Darmstadt, you can keep the presentation and change the original piece. This guide compares Altanza Ibérico Cebo de Campo Ham in 80 g and Altanza Ibérico Cebo de Campo Shoulder Ham in 80 g. Both are sold machine-sliced, by sachet and as separate products. Brand, category, net quantity and cut match; the difference is ham or shoulder ham. You do not need to order a whole piece to choose between these references or buy both to complete your order.
Hind leg and front leg within the same category
Jamón comes from the hind leg and paleta from the front leg. Both product pages identify Cebo de Campo; neither is presented here as Bellota. The labels of both Altanza sachets state 50% Ibérico breed. This percentage refers to breed, not a diet containing 50% acorns, and it is not transferred to other pieces or references. Sharing Altanza, category and cut does not mean identical ingredients, allergens, nutrition, curing, storage or flavour. Read each page and its own label. The anatomical distinction alone also does not establish a quality ranking or an edible yield.
Compare cebo, cebo de campo and bellota on the product pages. The Ibérico percentage describes the breed; the category describes feeding and husbandry. Gran Reserva Duroc is a separate selection and is not Ibérico.
Change the selection without changing the grams
Each sachet contains 80 g net. Two ham sachets total 160 g, just like two shoulder-ham sachets or one of each. Three sachets total 240 g; they can be two of one reference and one of the other. These are quantity sums, not advertised bundles, guaranteed servings or a requirement to combine them. Check each product’s current price and the number of units in your selection. These references already come machine-sliced in an 80 g presentation, so whole-piece slicing supplements are not added. Nor should a bone-in ham or shoulder’s weight be converted into an expected number of these sachets.

Arheilgen and Bessungen within the real Darmstadt address
Darmstadt’s municipal Stadtporträt page includes Arheilgen and Bessungen in its Stadtteile section. This guide uses only these two names as local references, not to define a delivery area. Include one only if it belongs to the recipient’s genuine address and retain the real street spelling. An area name does not determine a postcode. Orders are prepared in Barcelona and transport is arranged through Packlink. Carrier, collection and home-delivery choices depend on the complete destination and the options offered at checkout. Review the conditions for Germany before assuming a charge or transport time from the name Darmstadt.
Your order is prepared in Barcelona and shipping is arranged through Packlink. The carrier and the collection and home-delivery service depend on the destination and the options available at checkout.
For Germany delivery, review the conditions and available options for the complete destination before ordering. A city name alone establishes neither a shipping price nor a delivery time.
Advice from someone who knows the ham

Choose the reference and check delivery
Before buying, confirm ham or shoulder ham, the number of sachets, current price and full address. Read ingredients, allergens, storage and the consumption date on each package. The 48-hour machine-slicing and 72-hour knife-slicing preparation for a whole piece concern another service; they are not times for these sachets or transport to Darmstadt. Ask Paco about any product question without treating the two labels’ information as interchangeable.
