100% Ibérico Bellota ham · Product image · Paco Heredia

If you want Bellota in a small format for delivery to Dresden, separate the choice of cut from the number of packs. This guide compares Altanza Bellota 100% Ibérico ham in an 80 g pack with Altanza Bellota 100% Ibérico shoulder ham in the same size. The brand, category, breed percentage and machine slicing match. Both are sold per pack. You do not need to buy a whole leg or commission a slicing service to make this comparison: you can choose ham or shoulder ham while keeping the net quantity the same.

Bellota 100% Ibérico: check which cut you are choosing

Ham comes from the hind leg, while paleta or shoulder ham comes from the foreleg. Both references state Bellota and 100% Iberian breed. These details belong to these specific packs, not automatically to the entire Altanza catalogue. The cut name still matters even when the other features match. It does not, by itself, rank either reference above the other or establish an edible yield. Nor does it mean identical ingredients, allergens, nutrition, curing, storage or flavour. If you specifically want shoulder ham, check that the product page and your selection say paleta or shoulder ham before choosing by image or price alone.

Compare cebo, cebo de campo and bellota on the product pages. The Ibérico percentage describes the breed; the category describes feeding and husbandry. Gran Reserva Duroc is a separate selection and is not Ibérico.

Compare complete packs, keeping units and grams distinct

Each product page price is for one 80 g pack. You can compare one ham pack directly with one shoulder ham pack because their net quantities match. When you change the pack count, review the total: two packs contain 160 g and four contain 320 g, whether they are the same reference or a mixture. These sums do not create an advertised bundle or guarantee portions. Buying several packs is also different from ordering the slicing of a bone-in leg. Check current prices and choose the number of each product separately.

Dresden: Altstadt and Neustadt as address references

Dresden’s municipal page includes Altstadt and Neustadt among its Stadtbezirke. The names help identify a destination; they do not define a delivery boundary here. Use either only when it belongs to the recipient’s actual address, keeping the street spelling correct. Do not infer a postcode from the district name. Review the full address and the available options before associating your selection with a particular carrier, date or collection point.

Your order is prepared in Barcelona and shipping is arranged through Packlink. The carrier and the collection and home-delivery service depend on the destination and the options available at checkout.

For Germany delivery, review the conditions and available options for the complete destination before ordering. A city name alone establishes neither a shipping price nor a delivery time.

Before buying, check whether you selected ham or shoulder ham, the pack count and the current price. Read each pack’s own label for ingredients, allergens, storage and best-before information. The 48 hours for machine slicing and 72 hours for knife slicing concern preparation of whole legs to order, not these packs or transport to Dresden. Ask Paco about any difference between the references before completing your order.
