Choose an Ibérico selection for Dubrovnik with two Bellota 100% Ibérico shoulder ham sachets, each with 80 g net: hand-carved 959 and machine-sliced Altanza. They share category, ancestry and foreleg cut; brand and slicing differ. Jamones Paco Heredia links directly to both product pages so you can choose the reference and number of packs for your table.
Two shoulder ham brands with different slicing
The 959 sachet is hand carved with a knife, while Altanza is machine sliced. Because the producer also changes, the price difference should not be attributed to slicing alone. Both contain foreleg shoulder ham rather than hind-leg ham. Bellota and 100% Ibérico identify category and ancestry separately; the percentage is not an acorn share in the diet. Keep the complete product designation and read each pack label for ingredients, allergens, storage and consumption information before choosing.
Compare cebo, cebo de campo and bellota on the product pages. The Ibérico percentage describes the breed; the category describes feeding and husbandry. Gran Reserva Duroc is a separate selection and is not Ibérico.
Plan a tasting without buying a whole shoulder
One sachet of each provides 160 g net altogether. Serve them separately to identify brand and slicing, and adjust quantities around the other dishes you plan. There is no fixed number of slices or servings. The genuine main photograph shows the pack; serving images suggest a presentation and do not define the included quantity. If you want to combine shoulder ham with hind-leg ham, charcuterie or a whole piece, Paco can help compare contents and formats without treating ham and shoulder ham as interchangeable.

Check the Dubrovnik address and recipient
The municipality lists Gruž and Lapad among its urban districts. Add the district if the recipient uses it, while retaining the full street, number, floor or apartment and postcode. For accommodation, confirm the guest’s name and necessary receiving instructions with the recipient before ordering. Review shipping options and charges offered for the address in Dubrovnik, Croatia, before payment. Arrange storage on arrival as well. Ask Paco before buying if a particular receiving date matters.

Your order is prepared in Barcelona and shipping is arranged through Packlink. The carrier and the collection and home-delivery service depend on the destination and the options available at checkout.
For Croatia delivery, review the conditions and available options for the complete destination before ordering. A city name alone establishes neither a shipping price nor a delivery time.
