100% Ibérico Bellota ham · Product image · Paco Heredia

Build an Ibérico selection for Veliko Tarnovo with two Altanza shoulder ham sachets: free-range Cebo de Campo and Cebo 50% Ibérico, each with 80 g net. Both are machine sliced from the foreleg. Jamones Paco Heredia provides direct links to the two product pages so you can choose a category and quantity without committing to a whole shoulder.

Free-range Ibérico shoulder ham and Cebo compared

Cebo de Campo means outdoor access with feed mainly based on cereals and legumes. Cebo is a separate category, and neither should be relabelled Bellota. The Cebo product specifies 50% Ibérico ancestry. For the Campo shoulder ham, check the breed percentage on its own label rather than applying the other sachet’s figure. Brand, net weight and machine slicing are shared, but price alone does not isolate one quality factor. Paleta is foreleg shoulder ham, while jamón comes from the hind leg.

Compare cebo, cebo de campo and bellota on the product pages. The Ibérico percentage describes the breed; the category describes feeding and husbandry. Gran Reserva Duroc is a separate selection and is not Ibérico.

Choose sachets around the rest of your menu

One sachet of each gives 160 g net in total. Serve them separately to keep the references identifiable and choose quantities for the other dishes you plan. There is no fixed slice count or number of diners. Serving photographs suggest presentation; the pack and label identify the product. Check ingredients, allergens, storage and consumption instructions. Paco can help you combine shoulder ham with hind-leg ham or compare sliced and whole-piece formats when you need a larger selection.

Prepare the Veliko Tarnovo address

A municipal publication names Buzludzha (Бузлуджа) and Kolyu Ficheto (Колю Фичето) as neighbourhoods. Use the recipient’s own address details and add street or block, number, entrance, floor and apartment where relevant. Include their postcode, Veliko Tarnovo and Bulgaria. Review available shipping options and charges for that complete address before payment. For a gift, arrange who will receive it and store it on arrival. Ask Paco before ordering if a particular receiving day matters.

Your order is prepared in Barcelona and shipping is arranged through Packlink. The carrier and the collection and home-delivery service depend on the destination and the options available at checkout.

For Bulgaria delivery, review the conditions and available options for the complete destination before ordering. A city name alone establishes neither a shipping price nor a delivery time.
