Choosing Ibérico shoulder ham for Horsens? Compare two Bellota, 100% Ibérico packs, each with 80 g net: hand-carved 959 and machine-sliced Altanza. Both are paleta from the foreleg. Jamones Paco Heredia links directly to the product details so you can choose the reference and slicing method without ordering a whole shoulder or confusing shoulder ham with ham from the hind leg.
Shared category and ancestry, different brand and cut
Bellota identifies the category and 100% Ibérico identifies the breed ancestry. The 80 g net weight also matches, but two factors change: 959 versus Altanza and hand carving versus machine slicing. Check the current price of each pack in its product details rather than attributing the difference to slicing alone. Paleta is shoulder ham from the foreleg, not another name for hind-leg ham. Use each pack’s own label to compare ingredients, allergens, storage and consumption information; a shared category does not make those individual details interchangeable.
Compare cebo, cebo de campo and bellota on the product pages. The Ibérico percentage describes the breed; the category describes feeding and husbandry. Gran Reserva Duroc is a separate selection and is not Ibérico.
Two packs to identify your preference
One 959 pack and one Altanza pack give you 160 g net of shoulder ham. Serve them separately and keep their labels so you can identify the product you would like to buy again. Choose the number of packs around the other food you plan to serve. Pack weight does not guarantee a fixed number of slices or portions. Check the slicing method in the product details and on the packaging; a serving photograph does not change the product’s actual process. These packs do not include a whole-shoulder slicing service. Ask Paco if you prefer that separate option.

Complete the recipient’s Horsens address
The municipal housing page presents Vestbyen and Dagnæs as Horsens neighbourhoods. If either forms part of the recipient’s address, keep it with the street, building number, floor, apartment and postcode. Add Horsens and Denmark; a neighbourhood name is not a substitute for the address. For a gift, agree who can receive and store the packs according to their labels. Review the services and delivery charges before paying. Ask Paco first if you are planning a meal for a particular date.

Your order is prepared in Barcelona and shipping is arranged through Packlink. The carrier and the collection and home-delivery service depend on the destination and the options available at checkout.
Read the shipping conditions and available options for the full Denmark address before ordering. The city name alone does not establish a delivery charge or transit time.

Keep both the brand and slicing method
Note 959 or Altanza, foreleg shoulder ham, Bellota, 100% Ibérico, 80 g net and hand carved or machine sliced. These details help you reorder the right pack without mixing up the manufacturers or treating an individual pack as a whole-piece order.
