100% Ibérico Bellota ham · Product image · Paco Heredia

Choose sliced Ibérico shoulder ham for Šibenik at Jamones Paco Heredia. Compare two Bellota 100% Ibérico sachets with 80 g net each: hand-carved 959 shoulder ham and machine-sliced Altanza shoulder ham. Both come from the foreleg. Direct links in this guide open the product pages so you can choose one reference or include both in your selection.

Hand-carved 959 or machine-sliced Altanza?

Two things change in this comparison: brand and slicing method. The whole price difference should not be attributed to just one of them. Both product pages state Bellota 100% Ibérico and 80 g net, but a shared category and ancestry percentage do not make them the same product. The 100% describes ancestry, not an acorn proportion. Shoulder ham, or paleta, comes from the foreleg; ham comes from the hind leg. Read each individual label for ingredients, allergens and other details before comparing further references.

Compare cebo, cebo de campo and bellota on the product pages. The Ibérico percentage describes the breed; the category describes feeding and husbandry. Gran Reserva Duroc is a separate selection and is not Ibérico.

Choose the slicing alongside the format

One unit of each sachet gives 160 g net of shoulder ham altogether. Serve them separately to keep the references identified and choose quantities around your other food. The 959 reference specifies hand carving with a knife, while the Altanza product page states machine slicing. A serving image does not change that or guarantee a number of slices or portions. The main photograph identifies the pack. Follow each label’s storage and consumption guidance. For a whole shoulder or slicing to order, compare those formats separately with Paco.

Complete the recipient’s details in Šibenik

The municipal list includes Baldekin I and Crnica as urban districts. If the recipient uses either name, add it to street, number, floor or apartment and postcode. Retain Šibenik and Croatia in the complete address; the district does not replace the other details. Review shipping options and charges before payment. For a gift, arrange who will receive and store it on arrival. Ask Paco first if you need to discuss a particular receiving date.

Keep brand, slicing and category together

Note shoulder ham, 959 or Altanza, Bellota 100% Ibérico, 80 g net and hand carved or machine sliced according to the reference. You can repeat your choice without confusing shoulder ham with hind-leg ham or format with slicing.
