For your Biel/Bienne order, compare two ways to choose 100% Ibérico Bellota shoulder ham: a whole piece in its available presentations or an 80 g pack of hand-sliced 959 shoulder ham.

Biel/Bienne: a whole shoulder or 80 g already sliced

The whole 100% Ibérico Bellota shoulder and the 80 g 959 100% Ibérico Bellota shoulder pack both come from the foreleg and share the category and breed percentage. The 100% refers to Ibérico breed, not an entirely acorn-based diet. They are different references: the 959 brand belongs to the pack and is not attributed here to the whole piece. Choose the whole piece to cut yourself or select one of its slicing presentations; the pack is already offered hand sliced. Shared anatomy and category do not establish identical ingredients, allergens, curing, storage or flavour. Check the label of your chosen reference and ask the shop if you need a specific detail.

Compare cebo, cebo de campo and bellota on the product pages. The Ibérico percentage describes the breed; the category describes feeding and husbandry. Gran Reserva Duroc is a separate selection and is not Ibérico.

Commissioning a whole piece to be sliced differs from buying a pack

On the whole shoulder product page, select whole, machine sliced or hand sliced and compare the final price of that variant. The €39 machine-slicing and €50 hand-slicing supplements are already included in their respective variants; do not add them again. They are not added to the 80 g 959 pack either. With the latter, you can count net amounts: two packs total 160 g. This is arithmetic, not a bundle or a guaranteed number of servings. A bone-in shoulder’s weight cannot tell you how many net packs it would yield or support a direct comparison with the pack’s net price per kilogram. Choose the sales unit you want to receive first; buying both references is optional.

Biel and Bienne: keep the address in the recipient’s language

The municipal website uses Biel in German and Bienne in French. Its French neighbourhood page lists Boujean and Madretsch, while the German page lists Bözingen and Madretsch. If the recipient provides an address in either language, preserve the names as given. Do not translate the street or infer a postcode from the neighbourhood. Confirm the full address, the letterbox or doorbell name and who will receive a gift order. A municipal office address does not replace the recipient’s address. The destination remains Biel/Bienne, Switzerland, whichever shop language you browse.

Your order is prepared in Barcelona and shipping is arranged through Packlink. The carrier and the collection and home-delivery service depend on the destination and the options available at checkout.

For deliveries to Switzerland, any import-clearance charges, duties and taxes on the goods at destination are not included in the transport charge. Read the shipping conditions before buying.
