Complete your Lausanne ham selection by comparing a 500–600 g piece of salchichón with an 80 g sliced Altanza pack: two references for planning different quantities.

Lausanne: salchichón by the piece or already sliced alongside ham

Salchichón is a cured sausage, not an extra grade of ham. We suggest the 100% Ibérico Bellota salchichón piece listed in our catalogue with a 500–600 g weight range and the machine-sliced Altanza 100% Ibérico Bellota salchichón in an 80 g pack. They share a product type and category designation but are different references; Altanza is the brand of the pack. The piece’s range is not a fixed 600 g weight and does not establish an exact number of packs. Do not transfer ingredients, allergens, recipe or storage instructions from one product listing to the other.

Compare cebo, cebo de campo and bellota on the product pages. The Ibérico percentage describes the breed; the category describes feeding and husbandry. Gran Reserva Duroc is a separate selection and is not Ibérico.

Choose a quantity while keeping the sales unit and net weight separate

For a small quantity already sliced, one pack contains 80 g net and two contain 160 g; you can repeat that reference without buying the piece. If you prefer the piece format, its price is for one unit within the stated range. Compare each price alongside its format: a piece price and a pack price do not represent equal quantities. This is not a combined offer or a serving calculation. To accompany ham, choose either salchichón and add other products separately. Check each reference’s label. Supplements for slicing whole hams or shoulder hams do not apply to this salchichón piece or pack.

Arrange a Lausanne delivery without treating a sector name as an address

The municipal Lausanne participe platform uses the sector names Chailly/Rovéréaz and Sous-Gare/Ouchy. They help identify an area mentioned by the recipient, but are not a street, postcode or assurance of access to a building. Ask for the complete address, number, letterbox or doorbell name and receiving instructions. Keep the French spelling supplied by the recipient even when ordering through this English guide. For a gift, agree who will receive it and check available options with the actual address. The destination is Lausanne, Switzerland; the shopping language does not change the delivery country or applicable conditions.

Your order is prepared in Barcelona and shipping is arranged through Packlink. The carrier and the collection and home-delivery service depend on the destination and the options available at checkout.

For deliveries to Switzerland, any import-clearance charges, duties and taxes on the goods at destination are not included in the transport charge. Read the shipping conditions before buying.
