Spanish ham for petiscos in Lisbon: Duroc or Ibérico Cebo
For Spanish ham at your table in Lisbon, compare two hind-leg pieces: Gran Reserva Duroc ham and Ibérico Cebo ham. Duroc is not Ibérico; these are different categories, not two names for the same quality. Choose by category and budget without assuming an origin designation or maturation period absent from the product page. Both offer whole-piece and slicing variants. Compare the complete variant if you do not plan to carve at home. This slicing service covers the chosen whole piece and is different from buying an individual 80 g pack. Ask Paco about the presentation you want for your petiscos board.
Compare cebo, cebo de campo and bellota on the product pages. The Ibérico percentage describes the breed; the category describes feeding and husbandry. Gran Reserva Duroc is a separate selection and is not Ibérico.
A whole piece or a ready-to-serve format
Jamón comes from the hind leg; paleta is the shoulder. Choose a whole piece, order a whole piece sliced, or buy individual 80 g packs. These are different presentations: check what each product includes.
Lisbon delivery: a full address in Alvalade
Alvalade is a freguesia of Lisbon, not a replacement for street, building number and postcode. Add floor, door and the recipient's entrance name where needed. Your order starts in Barcelona; this is not a local Lisbon shop. Your order is prepared in Barcelona and shipping is arranged through Packlink. The carrier and the collection and home-delivery service depend on the destination and the options available at checkout. Check the options available for your address before payment. If you have the entire piece sliced, its 48- or 72-hour preparation is separate from transport.
