A Spanish ham to carve in Munich: compare Duroc and Ibérico

If you want a Spanish ham to carve in Munich, compare the category before the format. Gran Reserva Duroc and Ibérico Cebo ham are two options in our catalogue, but Duroc is not Ibérico. Both are hams from the hind leg; that does not make their categories equivalent. Spanish ham alone does not describe the breed or feeding. For an Ibérico product, choose its specific page and read the category: cebo does not mean bellota. Then decide whether to carve a whole piece yourself or ask Paco to slice it. Ordering a whole piece with a slicing service is different from buying an individual 80 g pack. The links take you to both products to compare available presentations and the current complete price.

Compare cebo, cebo de campo and bellota on the product pages. The Ibérico percentage describes the breed; the category describes feeding and husbandry. Gran Reserva Duroc is a separate selection and is not Ibérico.

A whole piece or a ready-to-serve format

Jamón comes from the hind leg; paleta is the shoulder. Choose a whole piece, order a whole piece sliced, or buy individual 80 g packs. These are different presentations: check what each product includes.

Delivery in Munich: postcode and recipient name

Munich has 25 municipal districts, including Maxvorstadt and Schwabing-West. Delivery needs the full street, number, postcode and recipient name, with doorbell or company details where needed. A district name does not replace a postcode. Your order is prepared in Barcelona and shipping is arranged through Packlink. The carrier and the collection and home-delivery service depend on the destination and the options available at checkout. Check available options before payment. If you select slicing, allow for preparation as well as transport: leaving the shop within 48 or 72 hours does not guarantee an arrival date in Munich.
