Build your selection for St.Gallen around ham and, if you wish, an 80 g pack of 959 shoulder ham or Altanza lomo. Both have the same net amount but are different products, not the same product tested with two slicing methods.
St.Gallen: choose 959 shoulder ham or Altanza lomo in 80 g
The 80 g 959 100% Ibérico Bellota shoulder ham is offered hand sliced; the 80 g Altanza 100% Ibérico Bellota lomo is machine sliced. They share net quantity and category designation, but product type, brand and slicing method change. Shoulder ham comes from the foreleg; lomo is a different product type, not an additional ham grade. The 100% indicates Ibérico breed, not a percentage of acorns in the pack. Start with the reference you want to try or serve, then check its format. The 959 brand belongs to the shoulder ham and Altanza to the lomo; their names and labels are not interchangeable.
Compare cebo, cebo de campo and bellota on the product pages. The Ibérico percentage describes the breed; the category describes feeding and husbandry. Gran Reserva Duroc is a separate selection and is not Ibérico.
Equal net amounts help plan quantities, not establish identical recipes
One pack of each totals 160 g net. Two packs of the same reference also total 160 g. These are quantity calculations, not bundles or promised servings, and you can choose just one reference. Compare the unit price and the specific product you will receive. Both being 80 g does not establish identical ingredients, allergens, curing, nutrition, storage or flavour. Because brand and product type also change, a difference cannot be attributed solely to hand versus machine slicing. Check each label for dietary requirements or storage questions. These packs are already sliced: whole-piece cutting supplements are not added, and their quantities are not calculated from bone-in weights.

St.Gallen: preserve the recipient’s local address names
The municipal data portal distinguishes Lachen and Rotmonten as Quartiergruppen, or neighbourhood groups, in St.Gallen. Use these names only to recognise the recipient’s reference; they do not replace a full address or establish a postcode. Preserve the local city and street names as supplied, together with the letterbox or doorbell name and actual access instructions. For a gift, agree who will receive the order. A municipal contact address is not the recipient’s delivery address. The destination is the Swiss city of St.Gallen, also written Sankt Gallen, whatever language you use to browse the shop.
Your order is prepared in Barcelona and shipping is arranged through Packlink. The carrier and the collection and home-delivery service depend on the destination and the options available at checkout.
For deliveries to Switzerland, any import-clearance charges, duties and taxes on the goods at destination are not included in the transport charge. Read the shipping conditions before buying.
