Build a selection for Thun around ham and, if you wish, a piece of lomo or chorizo for the board. The two cured-meat references are sold separately in the stated 500–600 g range.
Thun: add lomo or chorizo sold by the piece
You can accompany ham with 100% Ibérico Bellota lomo or 100% Ibérico Bellota chorizo, each offered by the piece in a 500–600 g range in our catalogue. They share a category designation and piece format but are two different product types. Lomo is not another ham grade, and chorizo is not a ham presentation. Choosing one does not require buying the other. We do not attribute the Altanza brand used on other catalogue packs to these references. To check ingredients, allergens, storage or consumption dates, consult the specific label or ask the shop before buying. Sharing a category and weight range does not establish the same recipe or identical storage instructions.
Compare cebo, cebo de campo and bellota on the product pages. The Ibérico percentage describes the breed; the category describes feeding and husbandry. Gran Reserva Duroc is a separate selection and is not Ibérico.
Two pieces: add weight ranges without promising servings
The price on each product page is for one piece within the stated range, not a guaranteed 600 g. If you choose one lomo and one chorizo, their combined range is 1,000–1,200 g. This is quantity arithmetic, not a commercial bundle or an exact weight. You can also choose just one reference and add ham separately. We do not infer a fixed number of servings or turn the pieces into an exact number of 80 g packs. Compare the price of the unit you will receive and the format on its product page. Cutting supplements for whole hams and shoulder hams are not added to these two cured meats. Follow the product’s instructions when serving and keep its label.

Thun: recognise the quarter without replacing the address
Municipal documentation identifies Dürrenast and Lerchenfeld as residential quarters of Thun. If the recipient mentions one, keep its German name and the umlaut in Dürrenast. Do not translate the street or fill in a postcode yourself from a quarter name. Ask for the full address, the name on the letterbox or doorbell and actual access instructions. For a gift, agree who will receive the order. Municipal office addresses are not delivery addresses for your recipient. The destination is Thun, Switzerland; browsing the shop in another language does not change it.
Your order is prepared in Barcelona and shipping is arranged through Packlink. The carrier and the collection and home-delivery service depend on the destination and the options available at checkout.
For deliveries to Switzerland, any import-clearance charges, duties and taxes on the goods at destination are not included in the transport charge. Read the shipping conditions before buying.
