For an order to Winterthur, first decide whether you need a whole shoulder ham or a small quantity already sliced. Compare a whole Gran Reserva Duroc shoulder with an 80 g Altanza Cebo shoulder pack from 50% Ibérico pigs.

Winterthur: a whole shoulder and one pack are different purchases

The Gran Reserva Duroc shoulder is sold whole, with options to have the entire piece machine sliced or hand sliced with a knife. The Altanza Cebo shoulder pack from 50% Ibérico pigs contains 80 g net, already machine sliced. Both references come from the front leg, but the product category and sales format change together. Duroc is not Ibérico: Gran Reserva is our Duroc category, not another Ibérico quality grade. The pack’s 50% refers to breed proportion, not the amount in the pack or a percentage of acorns. We do not attribute the Altanza brand to the Duroc piece. Check which reference and presentation you are buying instead of comparing only the amounts charged for two very different units.

Compare cebo, cebo de campo and bellota on the product pages. The Ibérico percentage describes the breed; the category describes feeding and husbandry. Gran Reserva Duroc is a separate selection and is not Ibérico.

Compare prices without adding the slicing service twice

For the whole shoulder, the selector shows the total price of the chosen presentation. The €39 machine-slicing or €50 knife-slicing supplement is already included in that variant; do not add it again. These services prepare the entire piece and are not added to the price of the 80 g Altanza pack. One pack lets you select a specific net quantity; two of the same reference contain 160 g, without constituting a bundle or fixed serving recommendation. A bone-in shoulder’s weight cannot establish how many packs of meat it would yield. Nor does it allow a direct per-kilo comparison with the net sliced contents. Check each product’s label for ingredients, allergens and storage instructions; they are not assumed to be identical.

Winterthur delivery: district name and full address

The municipal website identifies Töss and Wülflingen as Stadtteile of Winterthur. If the recipient gives one of these districts, keep its German spelling, including the umlaut. A district name does not replace the street, number or postcode: ask for the full address and the name on the letterbox or doorbell. For a gift, agree who will receive the order and obtain actual access instructions. Do not use a public office’s address as the recipient’s home. Browsing the Spanish, German or another shop version does not change the destination: Winterthur, Switzerland.

Your order is prepared in Barcelona and shipping is arranged through Packlink. The carrier and the collection and home-delivery service depend on the destination and the options available at checkout.

For deliveries to Switzerland, any import-clearance charges, duties and taxes on the goods at destination are not included in the transport charge. Read the shipping conditions before buying.

The percentage refers to the breed. Cebo, Cebo de Campo and Bellota describe feeding and rearing. Read the full product designation on the product page.
