Choose ham for Zurich by comparing two 100% Ibérico Bellota references: our catalogue selection and the Paco Heredia Premium selection, in the same presentation.

Zurich: two 100% Ibérico Bellota references compared in the same format

The 100% Ibérico Bellota ham and the Paco Heredia Premium 100% Ibérico Bellota ham both come from the hind leg. They share the Bellota category and 100% Ibérico breed designation: that percentage is neither an acorn proportion nor a usable-meat quantity. They are two shop references, not two different breed percentages. Premium identifies a catalogue selection and does not itself add another official category. Before choosing on price difference, compare the complete names and the same presentation. Do not assume equal weight, maturation months, yield, ingredients or allergens, or a superiority in flavour that has not been measured here.

Compare cebo, cebo de campo and bellota on the product pages. The Ibérico percentage describes the breed; the category describes feeding and husbandry. Gran Reserva Duroc is a separate selection and is not Ibérico.

Choose the reference first, then how to receive it

When comparing whole hams, select the whole-piece option on both product pages. For sliced ham, compare machine sliced with machine sliced or knife sliced with knife sliced. Each variant shows the full price for the reference and selected cutting service; do not add the supplement again to the amount already displayed. Slicing an entire ham is different from buying an individual 80 g pack. Bone-in weight includes parts that are not equivalent to slices, so it cannot establish a promised pack count or number of servings. For a gift, ask whether the recipient wants to slice at home or receive the ham prepared; consult Paco about any detail of a particular piece.

Zurich: keep the recipient’s address in its original spelling

The municipal Quartierspiegel publications identify Oerlikon and Alt-Wiedikon as Zurich quarters. Use the specific name supplied by the recipient without treating Alt-Wiedikon as all of Wiedikon or deriving a street or postcode from the quarter. Copy the complete address, number and letterbox or doorbell name, keeping German spelling and characters. Add actual access instructions and agree who will receive the order. This English guide does not change the destination: Zurich, Switzerland. Check delivery options and the total with that address before payment, particularly for a gift.

Your order is prepared in Barcelona and shipping is arranged through Packlink. The carrier and the collection and home-delivery service depend on the destination and the options available at checkout.

For deliveries to Switzerland, any import-clearance charges, duties and taxes on the goods at destination are not included in the transport charge. Read the shipping conditions before buying.
