Choose a whole Ibérico cebo de campo ham or shoulder for Lohja. Both links select the whole piece: compare the cuts first, then decide whether to request slicing.

Sammatti, Karjalohja and Nummi-Pusula

The municipal information records Sammatti joining in 2009 and the merger with Karjalohja and Nummi-Pusula in 2013. Keep the recipient’s exact locality and postcode; the name Lohja does not establish identical conditions for every address.

The same category is not the same cut

Cebo de campo combines animal feed and countryside resources; it differs from bellota. Ham comes from the hind leg and shoulder from the foreleg. Do not infer a breed percentage from the category name.

Piece weight and what you will serve

Check the weight shown for the specific variant on each page. A whole piece includes bone and exterior fat: its weight is not the weight of ready-to-serve slices. Do not turn it into a serving count without more information.

Before choosing a preparation option

If you prefer it sliced, check the machine or knife option and its full price for each product. Preparation and transport are separate stages. Use the label or ask Paco about ingredients, allergens and storage before deciding.

What is the difference between jamón and paleta?

Jamón comes from the hind leg; paleta comes from the foreleg. Compare the weight, format and price of each product. The weight of a whole piece includes bone and outer fat.

What do the Ibérico percentage and category mean?

The percentage refers to the breed. Cebo, Cebo de Campo and Bellota describe feeding and rearing. Read the full product designation on the product page.

How does the cutting service work?

Machine slicing adds €59 per ham or €39 per shoulder ham. Hand slicing with a knife adds €70 per ham or €50 per shoulder ham. The variants show the full price. Preparation takes 48 or 72 hours respectively; transport time is additional.
