Compare Gran Reserva Duroc and Ibérico cebo shoulder ham for Jyväskylä: two whole pieces with their product information to hand.

Jyväskylä includes former municipalities

Jyväskylä, Jyväskylän maalaiskunta and Korpilahti merged in 2009. Municipal information also identifies Palokka, Vaajakoski and Tikkakoski within the resulting city. For a gift, ask for the recipient’s address without replacing these locality names with a generic city-centre reference.

Duroc and Ibérico are different descriptions

Gran Reserva Duroc is not Ibérico; the other selected product is Ibérico Cebo shoulder ham. Both are shoulder ham from the foreleg. Compare each product’s name and format without turning Duroc into an Ibérico percentage or assigning acorn feeding to cebo.

Both links open whole-piece variants

The displayed options link to whole pieces for carving at home. To order slicing, choose that variant on the product page and check its full price and preparation. Having a whole piece sliced differs from buying individual packs.

A specific address within the municipality

Confirm street, building number, postcode and apartment where relevant. Korpilahti belongs to the municipality, but its name alone does not identify a delivery. Consult the Finland guide for country information and ask Paco for help choosing categories or formats.

Jamón comes from the hind leg; paleta comes from the foreleg. Compare the weight, format and price of each product. The weight of a whole piece includes bone and outer fat.

What do the Ibérico percentage and category mean?

The percentage refers to the breed. Cebo, Cebo de Campo and Bellota describe feeding and rearing. Read the full product designation on the product page.

How does the cutting service work?

Machine slicing adds €59 per ham or €39 per shoulder ham. Hand slicing with a knife adds €70 per ham or €50 per shoulder ham. The variants show the full price. Preparation takes 48 or 72 hours respectively; transport time is additional.
