For Maardu, compare two 80 g Altanza Cebo de Campo ham presentations: a machine-sliced pack and a Cebo de Campo 50% Ibérico plate with a knife-cut effect. Check the full product reference as well as the packaging before choosing.

The percentage belongs to each product

The plate states 50% Ibérico. Do not transfer that percentage to the pack because brand, category and weight match. Both products are hindleg ham; a different presentation does not make either one shoulder ham.

Knife-cut effect does not mean hand carved

The pack and plate are both machine sliced. For the plate, knife-cut effect describes the slicing presentation. Each unit contains 80 g net; one of each totals 160 g, without determining servings or slice count.

Specify Kallavere or Muuga aedlinn

Maardu’s website mentions Kallavere and Muuga aedlinn. Confirm the recipient’s municipality, locality or area, street, number and postcode. Muuga also appears in Viimsi municipality; the name alone does not identify an address.

Compare format and current details

Open both product pages to check presentation, current price and availability. Keep each pack with its label for ingredients, allergens, storage and consumption date. Ask Paco before choosing if a necessary recipient detail remains unclear.

What is the difference between jamón and paleta?

Jamón comes from the hind leg; paleta comes from the foreleg. Compare the weight, format and price of each product. The weight of a whole piece includes bone and outer fat.

What do the Ibérico percentage and category mean?

The percentage refers to the breed. Cebo, Cebo de Campo and Bellota describe feeding and rearing. Read the full product designation on the product page.

How does the cutting service work?

Machine slicing adds €59 per ham or €39 per shoulder ham. Hand slicing with a knife adds €70 per ham or €50 per shoulder ham. The variants show the full price. Preparation takes 48 or 72 hours respectively; transport time is additional.
