Putting together an Ibérico charcuterie selection for Trnava? Start with two Altanza sachets: Bellota 100% Ibérico lomo and chorizo, each with 80 g net and machine-sliced. These are different product families that you can choose individually or serve together. Jamones Paco Heredia links directly to each page so you can check the full designation, pack contents and current price before deciding how many sachets to buy.

Lomo and chorizo are two separate choices

The two references share Altanza branding, Bellota category, the 100% Ibérico breed designation, an 80 g net sachet and machine slicing. The charcuterie family is different. These are not two names for the same food, nor automatic replacements for a pack of ham or shoulder ham. Bellota and 100% Ibérico describe feeding and breed; the percentage is not a fat content, acorn proportion or slice count. It also cannot tell you the ingredient recipe. Read each pack’s label for composition, allergens, storage and consumption information. If someone at the table needs a particular detail confirmed, contact the shop before choosing.

Compare cebo, cebo de campo and bellota on the product pages. The Ibérico percentage describes the breed; the category describes feeding and husbandry. Gran Reserva Duroc is a separate selection and is not Ibérico.

Plan by packs before arranging the serving board

Select lomo alone, chorizo alone or one sachet of each. One of each totals 160 g net in two separate packs. The total does not promise a number of portions: that depends on what else you serve and how the selection is shared. Nor does it describe a discounted bundle. Decide quantities before the arrangement; a serving image adds neither extra product nor accompaniments to the order. If you prefer a whole piece of charcuterie, open that format’s own page and check its stated weight. An 80 g sachet should not be confused with a whole piece or a sealed platter.

Complete the recipient’s Trnava address

The municipal electoral-district page includes Prednádražie and Modranka in its headings. If the recipient uses either name, keep it as extra information alongside street, building number, floor or apartment and postcode. Include Trnava and Slovakia. An area name cannot replace the full address or set a shipping charge. Review the options and costs offered for that address before payment. For a gift, agree receipt and pass on the pack’s storage instructions. Ask Paco first if you want to organise the selection for a particular date.

Trnava municipal source: local area names

Your order is prepared in Barcelona and shipping is arranged through Packlink. The carrier and the collection and home-delivery service depend on the destination and the options available at checkout.

Check conditions for the full Slovak address. Trnava alone determines neither shipping charges nor transport duration.

What is the difference between jamón and paleta?

Jamón comes from the hind leg; paleta comes from the foreleg. Compare the weight, format and price of each product. The weight of a whole piece includes bone and outer fat.

What do the Ibérico percentage and category mean?

The percentage refers to the breed. Cebo, Cebo de Campo and Bellota describe feeding and rearing. Read the full product designation on the product page.

How does the cutting service work?

Machine slicing adds €59 per ham or €39 per shoulder ham. Hand slicing with a knife adds €70 per ham or €50 per shoulder ham. The variants show the full price. Preparation takes 48 or 72 hours respectively; transport time is additional.
