Choosing shoulder ham for a table in Badajoz involves two decisions: which product to buy and how you want it prepared. Paco Heredia offers Paleta Ibérica de Cebo and Paleta Gran Reserva Duroc, each with whole-piece, machine-sliced and hand-carved options. Both are foreleg cuts, but they belong to different product families. Start with the shoulder ham itself, then compare the complete price of the preparation that suits you.
Ibérico Cebo and Gran Reserva Duroc
The Ibérico shoulder ham belongs to the Cebo category, with feed-based rearing; it is not an acorn-fed Bellota product. The Gran Reserva Duroc shoulder ham is a Duroc reference and is not Ibérico. A product name does not establish an unlisted breed percentage or an exact curing period. Read the individual specification before choosing between the two families. Badajoz is the destination covered by this buying guide: it does not establish where either shoulder ham was produced or give it an Extremadura designation of origin. Compare the stated product information rather than making assumptions from the city's location.
Compare cebo, cebo de campo and bellota on the product pages. The Ibérico percentage describes the breed; the category describes feeding and husbandry. Gran Reserva Duroc is a separate selection and is not Ibérico.
Compare the same preparation and its full price
A whole shoulder ham lets you carve at home and needs a suitable ham stand. Choose machine slicing or hand carving if you want the cutting work done for you. These two products carry a €39 machine-slicing supplement or a €50 hand-carving supplement, already included in the selected variant price; do not add the charge again. Compare whole with whole or the same slicing service on both products. A bone-in piece is not a declared net weight of sliced meat, and no serving yield is promised here. Preparation and transport are separate stages: an indicated dispatch time is not a delivery date for Badajoz.

Check the full Badajoz delivery address
The city council's organisation directory includes neighbourhood associations named San Roque and Valdepasillas. These names may help identify the recipient's area, but they cannot replace the street address. Enter the street, building number, floor or door, postcode, Badajoz and Spain, with a contact who can receive the parcel. Association names do not prove current administrative boundaries or carrier coverage. For a celebration, check the conditions for the actual address and tell the shop which preparation you need before planning the serving date.

Your order is prepared in Barcelona and shipping is arranged through Packlink. The carrier and the collection and home-delivery service depend on the destination and the options available at checkout.
Check delivery conditions for the full address in Spain. A neighbourhood name and a slicing service do not determine the shipping charge or arrival date.

Check the selected shoulder ham and variant before ordering. Follow the received product's label for storage, ingredients and allergens; whole pieces and sliced packs may require different handling.
