For an Ibérico ham spread in Cartagena, an individually packed 80 g plate lets you choose units without buying a whole ham. At Paco Heredia, compare Altanza Bellota 100% Ibérico ham with Altanza Cebo 50% Ibérico ham. Both are machine-sliced with a knife-cut effect. The format matches, while category and breed percentage remain specific to each product. Open the current product pages, choose the ham you want to serve and then decide how many packs suit your plans.
Category and breed percentage both change
This is not simply a comparison of feeding methods. Bellota refers to acorn feeding during the montanera, whereas Cebo is a different feeding and rearing category. The 100% and 50% indicate Ibérico breed, not the amount of ham or acorns inside a plate. Brand, hind-leg cut, net weight and machine slicing stay the same for this pair. Two stated factors change together, so the price difference cannot be assigned entirely to either one. Check the full product names without assuming an unstated certification or curing period.
Compare cebo, cebo de campo and bellota on the product pages. The Ibérico percentage describes the breed; the category describes feeding and husbandry. Gran Reserva Duroc is a separate selection and is not Ibérico.
A knife-cut effect does not mean hand carving
These plates contain machine-sliced ham. The knife-cut effect describes the presentation, rather than work by a hand carver. Each stated 80 g is net food weight, excluding packaging, and promises no fixed slice or guest count. For a tasting, choose the references first and open the units intended for serving, keeping the rest according to their labels. If you prefer regular sachets, check that collection separately. A foreleg shoulder ham remains a different cut from hind-leg ham even when both are sliced. Keep each product name with its serving plate.

Include the destination locality in Cartagena
The municipal neighbourhoods and diputaciones page names El Algar and Santa Lucía. Add the relevant locality if useful, alongside street, building number, floor or door, postcode, Cartagena and Spain. Its listing does not establish carrier coverage, a shipping charge or an arrival date. For a gift or a planned meal, arrange parcel reception and read the conditions for the complete address. Shop preparation and transport are separate stages; a neighbourhood or locality name does not provide a delivery promise.
