100% Ibérico Bellota ham · Product image · Paco Heredia

For a table in Marbella, compare two Altanza plates containing 80 g net of hind-leg ham: Bellota 100% Ibérico and Cebo de Campo 50% Ibérico. Both are machine sliced with a knife-cut effect. Brand, weight, cut and presentation match; category and breed percentage differ. The linked product pages let you choose the plate you want without mistaking the slicing effect for hand carving. Keep the full reference to repeat a choice, or compare both when assembling your own selection. A shared format makes the products easier to compare while their names keep the differences visible.

Two categories and two breed percentages

Bellota and Cebo de Campo are different categories. The latter describes pigs with outdoor access and feed based on cereals and legumes; it is not Bellota. The 100% and 50% figures identify Ibérico breed percentage. Both category and breed share change between these plates, so the price difference cannot be assigned to one factor alone. Compare each complete designation and product page. A similar presentation does not make the products equivalent and does not allow ingredients, allergens or storage details to be inferred from one for the other. Read each reference on its own terms.

Compare cebo, cebo de campo and bellota on the product pages. The Ibérico percentage describes the breed; the category describes feeding and husbandry. Gran Reserva Duroc is a separate selection and is not Ibérico.

Knife-cut effect means machine slicing

Both plates are machine sliced; knife-cut effect does not mean hand carved. Each contains 80 g net of ham, excluding packaging. One of each totals 160 g net by arithmetic, not an advertised bundle or a serving recommendation. Read images and descriptions when choosing the presentation. The format links also lead to packs: check the cut and slicing method because the collection brings together different products. Read dates and storage on the received label before opening. A serving image guarantees neither an exact slice count nor their size or arrangement. Keep the product information while it is needed.

Nueva Andalucía and San Pedro Alcántara: complete the address

The municipal page lists Nueva Andalucía and San Pedro Alcántara among Marbella’s districts. Add street, number, floor or door, postcode and municipality to the local reference. For a gift, confirm the recipient and who can accept the parcel. We prepare the order in Barcelona; preparation and transit are separate steps. Read conditions for the full address before arranging reception for a meal. A district name establishes neither charge nor arrival date and cannot replace the actual address details. Keep the recipient’s information complete when preparing your purchase for yourself or someone else.

What is the difference between jamón and paleta?

Jamón comes from the hind leg; paleta comes from the foreleg. Compare the weight, format and price of each product. The weight of a whole piece includes bone and outer fat.

What do the Ibérico percentage and category mean?

The percentage refers to the breed. Cebo, Cebo de Campo and Bellota describe feeding and rearing. Read the full product designation on the product page.

How does the cutting service work?

Machine slicing adds €59 per ham or €39 per shoulder ham. Hand slicing with a knife adds €70 per ham or €50 per shoulder ham. The variants show the full price. Preparation takes 48 or 72 hours respectively; transport time is additional.
