Choosing sliced Ibérico products for Košice starts with the cut: ham or shoulder ham. Compare two Altanza Cebo packs labelled 50% Ibérico, each containing 80 g net and machine-sliced. One is ham from the hind leg; the other is paleta, or shoulder ham from the foreleg. Jamones Paco Heredia links to both product pages so you can choose the full reference and quantity without ordering a whole piece.
A shared category does not make the cuts identical
Both packs share the Altanza brand, Cebo category, 50% Ibérico breed statement, 80 g net content and machine slicing. Their product family differs: jamón comes from the hind leg and paleta from the foreleg. Cebo describes the feeding and rearing category; the Ibérico percentage describes the pig’s breed share. Neither detail tells you which product you will prefer to taste. Use each product page and label to check its full designation, ingredients, allergens, storage and use-by information. Matching category and size do not establish that all those details are the same.
Compare cebo, cebo de campo and bellota on the product pages. The Ibérico percentage describes the breed; the category describes feeding and husbandry. Gran Reserva Duroc is a separate selection and is not Ibérico.
Choose the cut before ordering more packs
One pack of each gives you 160 g net in total. Identify the two products when serving them and keep their packaging so you know which one you would like to buy again. You can then adjust the pack count to the rest of your food; 80 g does not provide a fixed slice count or number of servings. Check the current prices on both product pages and compare product and format together. These ready-sliced packs do not include a whole-piece cutting service. For a whole ham or shoulder, ask Paco about the options and preparation separately.

Complete the recipient’s Košice address
The municipal list of Košice city parts includes Staré Mesto and Západ. If the recipient uses either name in their address, retain it alongside the street, building number, floor or flat and postcode. Add Košice and Slovakia: a city-part name cannot replace the complete address. Check the delivery options and charges offered for that destination before paying. For a gift, confirm who will receive the packs and follow their labels for storage. Ask the shop before ordering if you need them for a meal on a fixed date.

Keep the cut and full name for your next order
Record ham from the hind leg or shoulder ham from the foreleg, Altanza, Cebo 50% Ibérico, 80 g net and machine slicing. This helps you distinguish the two references when ordering again, even though their brand, category and pack size match.
