100% Ibérico Bellota ham · Product image · Paco Heredia

Choosing Ibérico ham for Trenčín is easier when the pack format stays the same. Compare two Altanza platters, each with 80 g net of machine-sliced ham with a hand-carved appearance. One is free-range Cebo de Campo, 50% Ibérico; the other is Cebo, 50% Ibérico. Open the two product pages at Jamones Paco Heredia to check the full category, contents and current unit price before making your selection.

Free-range Ibérico and Cebo in matching platter formats

Both references are Altanza hind-leg ham, carry the 50% Ibérico breed designation and contain 80 g net. Cebo de Campo describes pigs with outdoor access, fed mainly on cereals and legumes. The free-range wording refers to how the pigs are raised; it does not turn this into acorn-fed Bellota ham. Cebo is also a feeding category based mainly on cereals and legumes. The 50% figure describes the pig’s breed, rather than an outdoor proportion or the amount of ham in the pack. Both platters are machine-sliced. Their hand-carved appearance does not mean they were sliced by hand. Read each label for ingredients, allergens and storage instructions.

Compare cebo, cebo de campo and bellota on the product pages. The Ibérico percentage describes the breed; the category describes feeding and husbandry. Gran Reserva Duroc is a separate selection and is not Ibérico.

Build a selection from individual platters

Choose one reference or one of each to compare at the same meal. One of each totals 160 g net in two separate packs. This does not describe a discounted bundle or promise a particular number of slices or servings. Plan quantities around the rest of the food and the people sharing it. A serving photograph does not change the net contents or include the accompaniments shown. To repeat a purchase, keep the complete category and format alongside the brand. If you would prefer a whole leg or foreleg shoulder ham, open its own product page: these are different choices.

Complete the address for Trenčín

The municipal street directory associates Bazovského with JUH (Juh 1) and Gagarinova with SEVER (Sihoť 2). Use the address supplied by the recipient, including street, building number, floor or apartment and postcode. Add Trenčín and Slovakia; an area name alone cannot complete delivery details. Check the options and charges offered for that address before payment. For a gift, agree receipt with the recipient and pass on the pack’s storage instructions. If the order is needed for a particular date, speak to the shop first so you can assess the available options.

What do the Ibérico percentage and category mean?

The percentage refers to the breed. Cebo, Cebo de Campo and Bellota describe feeding and rearing. Read the full product designation on the product page.

How does the cutting service work?

Machine slicing adds €59 per ham or €39 per shoulder ham. Hand slicing with a knife adds €70 per ham or €50 per shoulder ham. The variants show the full price. Preparation takes 48 or 72 hours respectively; transport time is additional.
