Whole shoulder for Perugia: compare Cebo and Cebo de Campo
To slice shoulder at home in Perugia, compare these two products with the whole-piece variant selected: Ibérico Cebo shoulder and Ibérico Cebo de Campo shoulder. Both come from the foreleg. The comparison keeps the whole format and distinguishes categories without borrowing brands or breed percentages from other catalog products.
Cebo shoulder: keep its designation
The first link selects the whole piece of Ibérico Cebo shoulder. The page also offers other preparations, but this link retains the piece for home slicing. Its current name specifies neither a breed percentage nor Altanza branding; do not infer them from a differently named Cebo pack.
Cebo de Campo shoulder: a different category
The second link selects the whole piece of Ibérico Cebo de Campo shoulder. Cebo de Campo is neither Bellota nor an abbreviation of Cebo. Read its own page and label; a different category cannot by itself promise flavour, curing time or yield.
Compare prices for the same preparation
Before deciding, check that both pages retain the whole-piece selection. If you change one to sliced, review the final price and preparation because the formats no longer match. Shoulder weight including bone and external fat does not convert to a fixed number of packs or servings. Check every label for ingredients, allergens, storage and dates.
Perugia: Ponte San Giovanni and San Sisto in the address
The municipal page for decentralised activities in Ponte San Giovanni also lists San Sisto among service locations. These are local references to identify the recipient’s area, not new municipalities in this guide. Confirm street, number, postal code and actual access. Municipal services are not Paco Heredia collection points and establish neither a route nor a delivery date.
