For Harku, compare two Bellota shoulder hams with different Iberian breed percentages: 100% and 50%. The links open the whole-piece option. If you prefer sliced delivery, explicitly change the variant on the product page.

Same cut, different percentage

Both references are shoulder ham from the foreleg. Bellota and breed percentage are separate details: retain each product’s 100% or 50% designation, and distinguish shoulder ham from hindleg ham.

Decide who will slice it

The whole piece is for slicing at home. Both pages also offer machine slicing and hand slicing with a knife at their own prices. Confirm the chosen option and the equipment you need; do not infer the service from the photograph.

Tabasalu is not all of Harku

The municipal website identifies Tabasalu as the centre and distinguishes Harku alevik from places such as Tiskre, Muraste and Harkujärve. Check the recipient’s exact locality, street, number and postcode alongside the municipality name.

Preparation and transport are separate stages

If you choose slicing, check the preparation time stated on the product page; it is not an arrival date in Harku. Check availability and options for the exact address. Ask Paco before buying if you need to coordinate a date.

What is the difference between jamón and paleta?

Jamón comes from the hind leg; paleta comes from the foreleg. Compare the weight, format and price of each product. The weight of a whole piece includes bone and outer fat.

What do the Ibérico percentage and category mean?

The percentage refers to the breed. Cebo, Cebo de Campo and Bellota describe feeding and rearing. Read the full product designation on the product page.

How does the cutting service work?

Machine slicing adds €59 per ham or €39 per shoulder ham. Hand slicing with a knife adds €70 per ham or €50 per shoulder ham. The variants show the full price. Preparation takes 48 or 72 hours respectively; transport time is additional.
