A good table in León need not begin with buying a whole ham. Compare an 80 g pack of Altanza Bellota 100% Ibérico ham with a plate sharing the same category, brand and net weight. Both contain machine-sliced hind-leg ham; the plate has a knife-cut effect. This is a choice of presentation, rather than an upgrade in category or breed percentage. The linked product pages let you check each reference and decide how you would like to receive it.

Pack or plate: choose your presentation

Choose a pack when you prefer to arrange the slices yourself; a plate offers another way to receive the sliced ham. Read the description and look at the images of each reference before deciding. Knife-cut effect describes the plate’s machine-sliced presentation; it does not mean hand-carved. If hand carving is the feature you want, check that detail on the relevant product’s own page. Keeping the slicing method separate from the packaging helps you compare options and select the feature that matters to your meal rather than assuming that similar-looking slices were prepared alike.

Compare cebo, cebo de campo and bellota on the product pages. The Ibérico percentage describes the breed; the category describes feeding and husbandry. Gran Reserva Duroc is a separate selection and is not Ibérico.

Keep a clear reference for next time

The 100% describes Ibérico breed, while Bellota identifies the category. The 80 g is net food weight, excluding packaging. Retain the complete pack or plate name to repeat your choice. One of each totals 160 g net by arithmetic, without becoming an advertised bundle or serving recommendation. Slice count can vary. Read dates, storage, ingredients and allergens on the label and plan opening around your meal. A serving photograph cannot replace that information or guarantee an exact arrangement of slices. Follow the received product’s instructions when handling what you buy.

Eras de Renueva and Crucero: complete the León address

The city council’s neighbourhood-councillor page includes Eras de Renueva and Crucero in its neighbourhood list. Those names may help identify an address, alongside street, number, floor or door, postcode and León, Spain. For a gift, confirm the recipient’s name and who can receive it. For a planned meal, read options for the full address before arranging reception. We prepare the order in Barcelona; preparation and transit are separate stages. A neighbourhood name alone establishes neither a shipping charge nor a delivery date. An accurate address is more useful than a local reference on its own.

Your order is prepared in Barcelona and shipping is arranged through Packlink. The carrier and the collection and home-delivery service depend on the destination and the options available at checkout.

Check conditions for the complete León address; municipality and postcode matter more than a neighbourhood name on its own.

The percentage refers to the breed. Cebo, Cebo de Campo and Bellota describe feeding and rearing. Read the full product designation on the product page.

How does the cutting service work?

Machine slicing adds €59 per ham or €39 per shoulder ham. Hand slicing with a knife adds €70 per ham or €50 per shoulder ham. The variants show the full price. Preparation takes 48 or 72 hours respectively; transport time is additional.
