Choosing an Ibérico ham platter for Koper? Jamones Paco Heredia offers two Altanza options to compare: Cebo de Campo and Cebo, both 50% Ibérico and 80 g net. These are machine-sliced products with a hand-carved appearance. Open the individual product pages to choose the category and quantity, keeping the slicing method separate from the way the slices look.

Outdoor access or Cebo feed rearing

Both products contain hind-leg ham, carry the Altanza brand and share a 50% Ibérico breed percentage and 80 g net weight. Their Spanish categories distinguish how the pigs are raised and fed. Cebo de Campo means outdoor access with feed based mainly on cereals and legumes. Cebo refers to feed rearing. Neither category means Bellota acorn feeding. The breed percentage is a separate characteristic, rather than a measure of the proportion of acorns eaten. Compare each product as a whole and check its current price; a price difference cannot establish the contribution of any single factor. Use the specific pack for ingredients, allergens, storage and consumption information.

Compare cebo, cebo de campo and bellota on the product pages. The Ibérico percentage describes the breed; the category describes feeding and husbandry. Gran Reserva Duroc is a separate selection and is not Ibérico.

A platter format with machine slicing

The hand-carved appearance describes a machine-cut finish, not slicing by hand with a knife. Each platter contains 80 g net. Selecting one of each category gives two separate units totalling 160 g net; it creates neither a discounted bundle nor an equivalent to a whole leg. Choose quantities around the other food you will serve. Weight alone cannot promise a particular slice count or number of diners, and photo accompaniments are not included in the stated contents. When comparing the two categories, keep their names and quantities separate so you can return to the same selection later. For whole ham or a hand-sliced reference, consult that product’s own page.

Keep the category and slicing method together

Record Cebo de Campo or Cebo, 50% Ibérico hind-leg ham, Altanza, an 80 g net platter and machine slicing with a hand-carved appearance. Those details distinguish your choice from sachets and from ham actually sliced by hand.
