Ham or shoulder ham for your table in Seville? Paco Heredia brings together two Altanza Bellota 100% Ibérico packs, each with 80 g net of machine-sliced product. Ham comes from the hind leg and shoulder ham from the foreleg. Choose one reference or buy both separately to explore which cut you prefer. Compare the full names and open each product page: a shared category and breed percentage do not make these the same product. The sliced format lets you serve without carving a whole piece.
Ham and shoulder ham: different cuts
Machine slicing lets you receive slices without cutting a whole piece at home. It does not turn shoulder ham into hind-leg ham or mean hand carving. Both products here declare Bellota and 100% Ibérico, so choosing between them is not choosing between breed percentages. Keep the cut alongside the other details when comparing prices or ordering again. Serving photographs help you imagine a table, but the product page and label identify what is sold. Check each reference separately before carrying across details from another product. A similar-looking pack does not make the contents interchangeable.
Compare cebo, cebo de campo and bellota on the product pages. The Ibérico percentage describes the breed; the category describes feeding and husbandry. Gran Reserva Duroc is a separate selection and is not Ibérico.
Compare the quantity in each 80 g pack
Each pack contains 80 g net of food, excluding packaging. One ham pack and one shoulder ham pack total 160 g by arithmetic, not an advertised bundle or a serving recommendation. Format links let you explore other packs and plates. Check cut, category, breed percentage and slicing method for every alternative. A ham plate with knife-cut effect is another reference, not this shoulder ham carved by hand. Read ingredients, allergens, storage and dates on the label you receive. Slice number and arrangement may differ from a serving photograph, so use the stated net weight when comparing quantities.

Nervión · Triana
Seville City Council lists Nervión and Triana in its municipal district directory. These are local references, not collection points for Paco Heredia. For a gift or your own order, use the recipient’s actual street address, number, floor or door and postcode. A neighbourhood name alone is not a delivery address. Confirm who will receive the parcel and check the conditions for that address. Preparation in Barcelona and transport are separate stages; the local reference does not determine a charge or arrival date.
